**NEW AMENITIES "Seasonal or Remote Working Paradise"! Well located, modern home, with workstation and Secluded backyard perfect for enjoying the Florida Sunsets. Dine indoors under the cool A/C, or enjoy a coffee on the patio while hosting a Zoom Meeting with High Speed WifI. Well positioned less than a mile to Publix and a short bike ride to white sand and refreshing ocean water. This area hosts several nationally recognized beaches ideal for enjoying the outdoors.

Our home has a unique circular concept where the entertainment space is located in the middle of the bedrooms. Seemingly drawing everyone to the common space for socializing. Perfect for playing one of the numerous board games we have. If you're anything like myself and love natural lighting, you'll appreciate how each room is lined with windows. You can go the entire day without turning on a light. Additionally, the number of windows makes it easy to keep a watchful eye on the kids from indoors while they play in the fenced in back yard.

Guests will have full access to the home and property.

The home is Dog friendly, but there is a non refundable pet fee that will be collected after booking of $120.

The amount of interaction depends on your needs. The home is set up for self checkin with keyless entry for convenience. However, if you need me, I’m always available through chat!

Location is everything! Enjoy afternoon walks with the kids in this family Friendly community. Beaches, grocery store, and multiple Must Try restaurants within one mile!

Rideshare is available everywhere, bike rentals are fun, and car rentals are best. Less than 2 miles from anything you might want (mini golf, beaches, Publix). Less than 25 minutes to Fort Myers International Airport.

From check in through the time we checked out we found our stay very enjoyable. Great communication between owner and us. Really appreciated the cleanliness and location of the property. Close to a number of beaches and great restaurants and shopping. Would definitely rent again!

Great Location

Perfect area between Naples and Fort Myers, close to beaches close to shopping walking distance to two ice cream shops! We couldn’t decide which one was best.

Great!

This home is beautiful. My husband and I had our daughter, her husband, and 10 mo old baby, and my senior mom. Memories were made! We enjoyed sitting out in the screen porch. So close to the beach and Doc’s. The high chair was brand new ( very nice to provide us with that) Matt, thank you for being a gracious host. Your communication was so helpful. Definitely hope to return again :) Five stars!!!!

Clean relaxing get away

We enjoyed our stay as the location was perfect, quick ride to beaches, restaurants and stores. The home was clean and spacious perfect for WFH. The outdoor patio was great for our morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. When we are in the area again we would stay here again

Relaxing get a way

We enjoyed our time at this property. We are familiar with the neighborhood and love this area of Bonita Springs. The house was clean and spacious and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay effortless. Enjoyed the backyard area to sit and relax and have breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!
