The Venice Palms Lodge is a Luxury 5 Bedroom, 5 Bathroom Lodge that is located on 8 acres that sits next to the Mississippi River in Louisiana's Plaquemines Parish.

It sleeps up to 18 guest with each person having their own bed. Perfect for both small or large groups.
* our rate is $600 for up to 6 guest.
Each additional guest is $100 per person per night.

All hard floors/no carpet!!!

The Lodge is the Premiere Fishing & Hunting Lodge and consists of over 6,300 square feet of luxurious living space with five-star amenities and allows guests to relax and enjoy their world-class fishing and duck hunting experiences in the Marshlands of Louisiana and the Blue Waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Just over one hour and thirty minutes southeast of New Orleans, The Lodge has a true Fishing and Hunting Lodge ambience, with its large collection of Exotic Game trophies and many Enviable Fishing & Hunting Photographs. It provides guests with the perfect blend of plush elegance, Five-Star Amenities and Exceptional comfort.

There are (2) living rooms. The first living room includes a large flatscreen television and wood-burning fireplace. The second is a great room showcases many of the trophy animal mounts, both domestics & exotics, and includes (3) large leather, reclining sofas that surround another wood-burning fireplace, a large oak dining table that seats 8, (3) bar-height tables that each seat 4 guests, a large custom built-in teak bar, and big television with surround sound throughout the great room.

The lodge has a fully furnished kitchen that includes a Range, Double Ovens, 2 Dishwashers, and a Microwave Oven/Hood, Refrigerator, pots, pans, plates, silverware, and utensils, and it adjoined by a dining room that seats 10.

Also there is a Game Room that includes a pool table, ping pong table, Poker Table and large flat screen tv.

There are 2 sets of washing machines & dryers, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs.

Additional features include an exceptionally large deck on the front of the lodge that includes tables & chairs, and a picinic table with benches. there is large screened porch, which is located off of the great room with tables and chairs. There are 3 grills at the property, propane, charcoal and pellet. Charcoal and pellets are not provided.

The Lodge is ideal for Corporate Retreats, Gatherings, and Meetings as it has plenty of space for meetings, presentations, or to break off into small groups. Also, it is perfect for companies wanting to entertain & impress their clients. It's also great for fishing clubs and hunting clubs as well as Family & Friends that want to experience a world-class lodge and great vacation. This is a one-of-kind lodge in the Venice area.

The Lodge is a Non-Smoking. You may smoke on either of the porches.

The Lodge is located less than a 1/2 mile from Yellow Cotton Marina, and approximately 4 - 5 miles from Cypress Cove Marina and The Venice Marina.

The Lodge does not have a fish cleaning or duck cleaning facility.
