Love the buffet breakfast, all staff incl. the guards are friendly and the new and beautiful rooms. Front desk lady every morning though needs to smile more and look friendly. However, was considerate and accommodated our last request upon check in. Thank you.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, but unfortunately there are no dinner buffet options. We had to go to another Henann for that. The beach was nice and fairly well kept, but sometimes needed a bit of cleanup. The service for helping with activities was very helpful, and the airport shuttle was well implemented. Overall we enjoyed our stay and glad we chose Henann.

Our experience at the resort was truly wonderful. The staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate, with a fresh and inviting atmosphere that added to our comfort. Toffee, in particular, was outstanding in assisting us; from the moment we arrived for an early check-in until we checked out, their support made all the difference.

We had a great stay at Hennan Prime. White Beach was a few steps away in a more quiet part of the beach (Station 2). The pool was also very nice. Amazing staff especially in their restaurant.

All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Hotel is centred in station 1, making it easy to travel to/from places. Great buffet breakfast! Good drinks. Will definitely be returning next time I visit boracay.

I like to be far from the noise of town and the beach is nice. It's not a full 5 star hotel but service is very good and food at the restaurant too. Rooms are small but nice and very clean. I recommended.
