I had booked a ro with a tub. When I arrived they started their system was down and couldn’t find
The room I booked ended up with a handycap restroom that I hate by the way. Restroom was dirty there was still a used bar of soap on top of the shampoo

The air conditioning was not working and felt hot in the room they couldn’t do anything until the following day and were fully booked so couldn’t change rooms.

Cleanliness very good. Receptionist great.
Wi-fi horrible! Bathtub facet reversed…. Hot/cold…..thought we were without hot water ( needs fixed)

The wi-fi service was too bad. The TV provider (Direct TV) was not good, I could not watch some programs, I was interested on.
