What I didn’t like is that you have to pay parking every day that your there.. and I get it , they have their signs outside regarding all the info for parking, but just remind your guest when checking in, especially if it’s late and they are exhausted and just want to get to bed

Mattresses were in absolutely horrible, disgusting condition—massive stains, food crumbs, and yes, pubic hair. The front desk attendant was gracious about letting me try not just one, but two different rooms. However, those mattresses were just as bad.

This hotel is overpriced for the quality of the rooms and service provided. The rooms were filthy — the floors were clearly not cleaned properly. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. When I went to check out, I had to wait over 30 minutes with no staff in sight. Eventually, I walked around the property and discovered the front desk agent and manager casually chatting with a kitchen staff member, completely ignoring the guests waiting to check in or out. Extremely poor customer service and overall a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend staying here.

Room was clean, spacious and bed comfortable. The shower was terrible more of trickle of water as opposed to flowing. Breakfast was poor, we went for breakfast approx1 hour before closure. There was only 1 lady looking after the breakfast area (which I accept would be difficult) the tables were mucky and the warm food optuons were cold. Reception staff were polite, the lift was quite noisy and did not display oor numbers. We were only staying 1 night which.

The beds were comfy and the sheets appeared clean. The breakfast was sufficient. The hotel itself looks ok at first glance. There was a definite order in the room and the walls had questionable marks on them. This made wonder about the beddings cleanliness. The bathroom had peeling paint and a shower head that sprayed out of the side. It sounded like someone was walking around above us all night.

This is the kind of place that’s good enough for a night in a jam. The place is dated and smelled. Our sheets had stains and we just slept on top of the covers. Def won’t be staying again.

We should have been told about painting inside. Plus running a saw before was horrible. Kitchenette with no dishes or silverware would have been nice to know and no stove just a microwave. We did like the food and breakfast was great!! Love the view to bad they didn’t tell us it right next to a river walk so you can’t leave sit and enjoy without people looking in. Hot water didn’t work in sink. The shower took for ever to get warm.

Unfortunately, our experience was not the best. We arrived and the water had to be shut off for 4 hours. They didn't offer anything to accommodate this inconvenience. The pictures were not the same in real life versus the website. It smelled and was dirty. Our room had plastic over the fire detector held with a band aid. What the heck. I understand that the parking isn't free to stay (just another negative) and there are signs, but I'm in a new place and no one gave me a heads up you needed to use an app to pay for parking. When I called down for towels, the front desk told my friend I was "rude." Just a really strange thing to say. This could be a really nice place, but I will not be going back.
