Decent but not exceptional
Publié le 9 févr. 2024 sur HotelsA fine stay. The atmosphere felt sterile. The halls were dark. The bathroom clean but cramped with a barn door that nearly smashed my fingers. Room service provided good food in good time. The parking lot exit was difficult to navigate and it took several tries before the gate opened. Parking was expensive—but urban price gouging is typical. Not bad but wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Location is great, freeway access on one side, small town neighborhood and downtown on the other side.

Overall, a pleasant stay in a good location away from road noise. Just a couple minor things were missed by housekeeping on arrival: no face cloths, no regular coffee. But easily obtained at reception. Also our thermostat needed adjustment by an engineer who was very competent and courteous and who solved the problem.
