Hotel check in very good. Room was clean and quiet. Transportation took a long time to arrive at airport. We were given incorrect door to stand across from at international terminal and we had A LOT of luggage to try and cart around many people. Once shuttle arrived the driver was super nice. Great hotel airport.

Everything was fine, enjoyable stay. A\C in the gym wasn’t working but it’s a workout nothing wrong with sweating. I would STRONGLY SUGGEST a second waffle maker.

We LOVE the Hampton Inn in Chelsea. The staff will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. The breakfast is delicious. The beds are comfortable and the entire establishment is extremely clean. The shuttle and the early bag check made our stay even better. It's close to a T stop which makes Boston walkable. We stay here each time we come to Boston. We're looking forward to our next trip.

The Hampton Inn in Chelsea MA is one of our favorite hotels. We stay here each time we're in Boston. It's location to the T is so convenient. Boston is walkable and more affordable because of the Hampton. The silver line which is nearby has a direct stop at the airport. Breakfasts are excellent, the staff is professional. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We visit Boston frequently and we love staying at the Hampton Inn in Chelsea.

Friendly staff. A long distance to both the airport and cruise terminal (more than 30 minutes each). Hotel was constantly running out of coffee in the lobby/breakfast.
