The building is very old and the was not well lit..they do not offer coffee in room or lobby which i didnot like restaurant was overpriced and food was fair.it was walkable for downtown boston though

Location, location, location! This hotel was one of the closest hotel to the Long Warf water front area, right above the Aquarium subway station and next to the Faneuil Hall Marketplace - South Market. It's a very well maintained boutique hotel with a couple of atriums separating each segments making it somewhat of a maze of a floor plan. It's was one of the quietest hotel room I have ever stayed in due to most of these rooms facing these small atriums despite the fact our room was on the second floor. Front staff was extremely helpful in explaining about the city, helping to store our luggage before and after the stay and getting a taxi upon departure. With Boston having the highest hotel room rates in the country, this hotel had the most reasonable rate and everything about the hotel was excellent. I would definitely book here again when I return to Boston.
