The location is great; the room was spacious, and clean. There were absolutely no amenities - not even a bottled a bottled water or a water service in the lobby. The There wasn't a coffee or tea offering in the lobby let alone a thoughtful gesture like a cookie, snack or novelty offering either. We stayed here for a quick impromptu trip. My family of 4 in an accessible from on the 11th floor. The views were beautiful, views of the tea party museum and during sunrise and sunset, walks along harbor walk and to explore surround areas were beautiful. The lobby was gorgeous. The bathroom had mold on the caulking - that was not acceptable - they should have a look at this. Overall it was a good experience. Would have rated excellent except for the mold. Boston was magical otherwise!
