Unwind in Newton at this marvelous 9000 sq. foot house with 3 bedrooms, including a king bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen bed. Large deck overlooks private backyard. 12 person movie theatre in the lower level for movie night or sports viewing. Private gym with peloton bike and treadmill, free weights, barbells. Steam and Sauna. Walk to Waban Center. Easy train ride on the D line to reservoir or 5 minute drive to Boston College

Noise control, including use of audio equipment that may disturb the peace: Between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. no person or persons shall disturb the peace by causing or to be made any unreasonable or excessive noise, including but not limited to such noise resulting from the operation of any electronic device, or from the playing of any band or orchestra, or from the making of excessive outcries, exclamations, or loud singing or any other excessive noise by a person or group of persons. 5 dBA or more. iv. Location of parking stalls on the property- Parking is allowed in left side garage and 4 spaces are available in driveway


v. Neighborhood parking regulations and restrictions- overnight parking is not permitted Dec 1 - March 31. Parking is available in the driveway and 2 parking garage spaces


vi. Occupancy limits according to the City’s Zoning Ordinance- 9 persons
