This is a beautifully updated hotel. The room was spotless. But what stood out to me was the staff. We were treated like royalty during our stay. It is in a great location if you like shopping-steps from Newbury St. I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Bed was old and sunk in where feet were higher than our heads. Shower had whistling noise the whole time in the shower. Was put in a handicap room and no way to shut off one of the heads so made for lots of water on bathroom floor.
