The bed was amazing, frette never disappoints. Although the staff was very helpful, we had things missing from our room (robes/amenities for 2 guests) and a clogged toilet (from previous guests) that had to be addressed a couple times. The floor of the room of tacky and sticky probably due to whatever carpet cleaner they use but it felt damp. The front door/bell hop guys were very kind and welcoming. Mixed feelings about this stay.

We had a great stay at The Godfrey Hotel - the location was perfect and the customer service really stood out for us. It's in the small things - cleaning staff, snacks in the room, attentihe doormen and drink vouchers at check in that makes the difference. I would highly recommend!
