A revolutionary gem

I was a little apprehensive about the shared bathroom aspect, but after arriving and seeing that it’s multiple private small bathrooms I was more than impressed. You also have a large carry bag with towels, robe, and soap etc that you can put all your stuff in and take with you ready in your room when you arrive. Overall this was a lovely hotel, with a cool industrial aesthetic, really friendly and helpful staff and an exceptional Mexican restaurant attached. It’s going to become the place I chose when returning to Boston.

Bathrooms were cleaned regularly throughout the day. Very good location and I personally had an amazing view from my room. Single king size room without bathroom was quite small- 2 xl suitcases wouldn’t fit for example

Perfect spot for a perfect show in Boston

This cozy but very practical room was all we needed. The staff is super friendly and ahead of all our requests. Clean and share bathrooms were not a problem….evem cleaner than mine at home I recommend with out hésitation.

I wasn’t informed that the room did it have a private bathroom. This information was not on the reservation page, nor was it told to me at check in. The AC was not working in the room. It was set to 67 but was at 71 when I got to the room. After 10 minutes it went UP to 72. I called the front desk and they said they would fix it from the front desk and to wait a bit and if it didn’t fox to call back…an hour later the AC was now at 75! I called and they said engineer had gone home and they could send him in the morning! Nothing they could do…so I had to sleep in a hot room. The towels in the room had stains. The room was tiny. Would never come back here

Coop bathrooms were seemed to always be in use every time I went. People would never flip the signs that it needed cleaned and signs would still say trash for use after they got out of the shower. Check in greeting wasn’t great. Stood at the counter a the clerk took a while to acknowledge me.

Boston is typically a very expensive place to visit so this is very good value and style for the price. The bathrooms down the hall, although shared, are very private and are being cleaned constantly. Would stay here again.
