Enjoy a curated experience at this two-story modern cottage-style condo. You will be greeted with a front terrace perfect for fresh air dining and lounging. Leading into the house, there is an open-concept main living area with an amazing full kitchen. The upstairs loft bedroom will make you feel like you're on Cloud 9, offering treetop ambience through large windows while laying in an enveloping comfort of a king bed. Heated bathroom floors, pure linen sheets, soapstone counters, original art - this space was immaculately designed to make you feel cozy and elevated. It offers amenities from morning Nespresso to plush bathrobes to relax in at the end of the day.
Our location is walkable to everything Boulder: CU campus, Macky Auditorium, Farmers Market, Central Park, Boulder Creek, pedestrian Pearl Street Mall, and all the best Downtown restaurants.

Max stay requirement is 29 nights.
It’s on a busy street so some traffic noise during day hours should be expected.
No dogs allowed on premises per HOA rules so this is a no pets property, please be respectful.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable space

This is my second stay at this property and each time I am there, I am struck by how clean it is. It is within walking distance of downtown Boulder and multiple grocery stores. The Arapahoe Loft is a little slice of heaven.

Satisfying week stay

A beautiful and comfortable week long stay for 2 people. Shower and bed (plus couch) are very satisfying. Unit has everything one needs, plus it’s walking distance for eateries. It’s worth the stay.

So-so location and lots of noise

This was the strangest place I've stayed in through VRBO - just a ton of noise from the adjacent home(s) which made it feel like you were in someone's closet or like right under your parent's bedroom, tons of street noise/chaos friday through sunday, loft skylight remote without batteries so wouldn't close which meant you had to be awake at 5:30 am because you were like on the surface of the sun :) I think it will be a great place eventually but could use a little homey-ness (bathmat, blankets, maybe more than 1 barstool) - and some degree of noise insulation somehow. I would not have felt comfortable staying with a partner or someone intimately there because it felt like you were either being watched or listened to all weekend.

Cozy condo, perfect for our weekend stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The whole feel/vibe is lovely - comfy bed (loved the linens), nice couch, awesome shower, extras in the kitchen, parking right in front, robes, etc. zero problems onsite and owner was available but not needed. Great value for the price and would stay again if we’re back in Boulder.

Fabulous location

We stayed here as our home base for our 4 day hiking vacation. It’s close to the University so you can walk to events, and also to downtown Boulder. We visited RMNP, Brainard Recreation Area, Walker Ranch and the CraterLakes in the Roosevelt National Park easily from this location. The place looks exactly as the photos describe. Owner was very responsive.

Love this place

This place was perfect for me. It was thoughtfully curated and has everything you need including a Nespresso machine (with pods), a nice hairdryer (ladies you can skip bringing yours and use the space for an extra pair of shoes) and many more amenities. It's a short walk to Pearl Street and has parking right in front of the unit. I had to call the host and she was very nice and helpful. I love this place and will stay here again.
