In the heart of picturesque Boulder Valley, at the base of the Flatirons, this newly remodeled Boulder gem is perfect to gather for a low-key relaxing Rocky Mountain experience. The house has an open gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceilings, mountain views, is near parks/trails, large enclosed yard, media room, w/84" screen, 5 bedrooms, 2 with office space, 2 full baths, backyard patio and private hot tub outside back door. Note, our house is not available for parties. Boulder license RHL-01000592.

Guests will self check-in using a keyless entry system with a personalized door code. We are available via phone, email or in person (upon request).

Steps way from Flatiron open space and hiking trails, Martian park, Bear creek trail, great restaurants, coffee shop, a brewery, ice cream shop, conventional and natural grocery stores all within a 5 minute walk. The bus stops right across the street and take you directly to downtown Boulder and the Pearl Street Mall, CU campus and "The Hill". The house is also an ideal starting spot for hiking, biking and enjoying the beauty of Boulder.

Our guests have full access to the entire space including private hot tub, large yard, laundry, back deck and all rooms in the house.

Come enjoy over 2000 sq ft of expansive living space situated at the base of the Flatirons. The back deck, main living space with tons of natural light and lower entertainment media room are perfect for relaxing with family and friends after a day of skiing, hiking or biking in the mountains, shopping and dining along Pearl street or visiting loved ones at near by tech companies and Boulder University (go Buffs!). The home includes five bedrooms, including two rooms with king beds, 2 rooms with a queens and one with bunk beds and a trundle. In addition, we have office space in 2 of the rooms, perfect for someone working remote. Our house complies with City of Boulder occupancy limits; which allows for a maximum of three unrelated residents (family plus maximum of two additional non-related residents).

There are multiple bike paths, walking and hiking trails within a block of the house. The bus stop across the street takes you not only to downtown boulder, but also directly to Downtown Denver and Denver International Airport. parking at the house is plentiful and there is easy access to highways.
