friendly staff...rooms are clean..good breakfast..good location bournemouth town centre about 10 mins walk but there is also bus stops near the hotel and its also near the beach

An excellent stay. The staff were very helpful. The car did get blocked in one evening during an event but we didn’t need to go anywhere. The room linen was changed every 2 days.

Very clean spacious room although a bit too warm.Very friendly staff.Didnt have breakfast or use the bar only because we were visiting family and spent most of our time with them.Would stay here again

Great value conisdering location and school holidays. Room was very clean. Decor is dated but the celebrity novelty is entertaining and sets it apart from traditional hotels. Staff interaction was minimal but informative and polite at check in, check out times. In the communal areas, there was a pizza box left out for quite some time across the day. Our room did have a bleach bottle left in it from housekeeping but we returned it to the desk and they were very apologetic.
