Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Very outdated & dirty. Not at all "Luxury". We expected a much nicer place as we have stayed in others close by, so given the price was comparative to apartments we've stayed in before, we expected the same luxury. Too many issues to list on here. I took full video & pictures from arrival to our depature, we left early. The cleaners argued loudly whilst cleaning the other apartments, literally from the time they arrived until they left, using profanity. The woman was shouting at "Mark" non stop. Tbe bathroom was dingy, seal around bath was broken, kitchen sink backed up when using the washing machine. Wifi was awful. The only two things this place has going for it are the view & the location. Overall extremely dissapointed, we arent even likely to use Booking again let alone anything labelled Stai.
