The space
The sleek and modern interior of this 4 bedroom/ 3 bath home makes it a great vacation rental for families, reunions, or the ultimate friends’ trip! Whether you order takeout or want to cook a feast for the group, our fully-outfitted kitchen is up to the task and then some. Everything is included to cook up a storm, serve an elegant meal, or just reheat pizza-you are on vacation, after all. A full suite of modern appliances and spacious granite countertops makes meal prep an absolute breeze. And who can resist getting their daily caffeine fix at the coffee station? The massive walk-in closet has more than enough space to keep your travel wardrobe neat and organized

When the ultimate relaxation is needed, look no further than the digital dry sauna with customized lighting and Bluetooth. Melt away any aches right along with your cares and worries, and choose the lighting and music that matches your mood. We provide fluffy towels for the complete spa experience. Although saunas are widely recognized for their multitude of health benefits, it’s extremely rare to find a vacation rental with such a luxury and we’re excited to offer this unique amenity to our guests!

The primary ensuite bathroom features a single sink vanity and a tiled walk in shower.

The second guestroom is home to a cozy queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of space for clothes storage. This bedroom has access to a shared full tiled bath offering a shower with built-in bench, and an illuminated anti-fog vanity mirror which is dimmable at the touch of a button.

The 2 bedrooms on the other side of the house conveniently share a half bath in the hallway. One bedroom features 2 twin beds and the 4th bedroom features a twin over double bunk bed.

Our covered patio area beckons with comfortable seating and a TV, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, a family lunch, or a relaxing evening with friends and cocktails. As the sun sets, gather around the firepit for storytelling and laughter, or indulge in pure bliss in the bubbling warmth of our hot tub. The possibilities for enjoyment are endless in this incredible outdoor space.
Guest access
Access is available through a keyless lock. The code will be provided before check in.
Other things to note
★ Security cameras in the front of the house only.
★ Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, and first aid kits.
★ House-trained pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please let us know if you plan to bring your pup.
★ The Backyard is fenced, but the pool is not gated, please ensure children are under adult supervision in the pool area at all times.
★Be aware that use of the hot tub, pool, and sauna are at your own risk.
★ The pool is being serviced twice a week to ensure you get a crystal clear pool, but you may find leaves in the pool due to the trees in the backyard.
★ Use of the bunk bed is at the guest’s own risk.
★ We ask that our guests respect the comfort of our neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable.
★ No parties, smoking, or recreational drugs of any kind are allowed on the premises.
