Ok place. Needs better AC. Window unit and floor unit doesn’t keep it very cool at all.

Publié le 6 juin 2023 sur HotelsVery friendly staff specifically maintenance guys but they are hands tight by owner wish doesn’t invest in properly remodeling rooms in really bad conditions for the high price they charge you, if you are planning to come here do not waste your money in building where is located rooms 107,108,109 one A/C unit for 3 rooms are the cheaper but the worst, my was 107 and I couldn’t sleep because the small bedroom was really hot, we had to use 2 fans and it wasn’t enough to cool down the room, they installed a portable A/C in the room and we woke up with the carpet soaking wet, bottom line a total disaster that building.

We have recently made some adjustments to the units but look forward to the time when we are able to remodel these units, as the location is hard to beat. We do try to be as transparent as possible about our units and that the specific unit that you had booked was not yet renovated, however we apologize about your experience. Exclusive boutique feel!

The property had an exclusive boutique feel, with perfect beachfront real estate and no large buildings or crowding in the area. Miles of beach with abundant wildlife are outside your door. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of some other beaches, there is still some peace on Anna Maria Island.
All of the staff at this hotel were some of the most friendly I have encountered, helpful with anything we asked them about, and had a very pleasant demeanor.
The island has free transportation to the restaurants/attractions, or there are some eateries just a short walk away.
When you want to enjoy the coast without a pile of people around you, visit Seaside at Anna Maria Island Inn.

Immediately upon check in, a neighboring guest had his large dog in the pool. I reported it to the staff, they agreed it wasn’t allowed and they would discuss with him. It continued to happen. Also, I didn’t like the roach that appeared out of the closet, I smashed it with a broom but the overall feeling was there must be more around although other aspects of the room seemed clean. The private sitting area outside was very neglected and depressing.

We thank you for letting us know about the pet in the pool and we did promptly address it with the guest, however we were not advised that it continued to happen as we would have escalated this to further action. We do apologize about the unwanted Florida wildlife that got into your unit, as we do our very best to prevent them, it unfortunately still happens. We are excited to announce that we will be starting exterior renovations and invite you to visit after these are completed.
