Easy stay, very comfy beds, staff was excellent. I only had trouble with my key card it kept expiring, constantly visiting the front desk was exhausting. Overall it was a good experience, I would stay again.

Wonderful place to stay for a weekend get away.

This hotel was wonderful;. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and well appointed. The amenities were on the floor (An ice machine and vending) The breakfast was well stocked, a variety of foods and very clean. The location was nice and not overly busy. Just a great place to stay in Branson.

The hotel’s location was perfect for the attractions we attended. Only one of the attractions of the five we attended were more than 15 minutes away. All provided free parking.

The hotel is an older hotel but it is very clean, very quiet, the staff is great and if you need anything, they are very quick. The breakfast is good. The only thing I would change is I would alternate bacon instead of sausage every day. I will definitely stay here again.

Great hot water for bathing. Really good included breakfast offerings. Not a busy area of Branson but great location to easily access any area that you want to visit.

Check in was easy and staff friendly. Room was clean and not cramped even with king size bed. However young boys staying there ran the halls, played on the luggage carts and elevator. Then ran and screamed through the parking lot and cars till 12:30am. Front desk acknowledged there were quiet hours but then responded with some parents don’t watch their kids and there is nothing we can do about it. Disappointed.

I booked a hot tub room for this trip and on last minute I was moved to an other room with out it why??? is it because booked though Expedia??? I tried to stay one more night and attendant told me couldn't help me at all ???

Five Stars with Some Issues...

Overall, we loved staying at this hotel! We stayed for an eight day vacation and thought the value was great. Everything was immaculate, especially the breakfast room and open areas which were very open, comfortable and accommodating. The breakfast was continually managed and fresh, but ran out of creamer on the 2nd day and didn't get filled until day 7:/ The pool and spa were excellent (didn't use the sauna). We usually only ask for servicing our room about every couple of days, so, we took off our sign and left for the day. Nothing. The next day, I tracked down one of the maids (?) and she said she would take care of it. Only the towels were supplied and trash emptied. Nothing else. The next day I took off our sign and the bed was made. Five days into our stay, nothing was cleaned (toilet, counter tops, etc.) or restocked except for towels. We tried again the next day and the toilet was cleaned (sort of) and towels restocked. Nothing else was restocked the entire trip: coffee supplies, toiletries, soap, etc. I'm thankful for the clean towels, the occasionally made beds and empty trash cans. I was very disappointed with regard to the cleanliness of our room and the upkeep. I would definitely stay again as we loved the hotel and the overall location and safety. I probably should have spoken up about the room issues, but hey, I'm on vacation and busy going to the next show/event in Branson...so I can definitely live with some below par room issues.
