Wasn’t as advertised

No grill as advertised, so took food we could not cook, unless we wanted to go 4 houses down and use the park one in someone’s front yard. No hand soap, dish soap, dish towels or dish rags. If you go be prepared. Things listed as amenities are not accurate. Overall it was a place to sleep.

Small Issues

Property was nice, excellent location. Beds did not have pillow cases on, sack of pillow cases on kitchen counter. Not enough towels for 6 people for 4 day stay, had to go to check in and get more, requested blankets for pull out sofa, never delivered. 1 extra roll of toilet paper in downstairs bathroom, 1/2 rolls to start stay. No games/cards provided in unit for weather days, would of been nice touch.

Disappointing

First of all, there are hidden costs from VRBO. not only are the hidden, they are expensive. The total price that you see listed is not what the cabin ends up costing. The cabin has potential to be really nice. But every room the carpet was extremely stained. That was really the only thing about the cabin that was disappointing

Great location, okay lodging

I did not realize this was owned and ran by a large resort company. I would not have booked it if I had caught that correctly. You have to check in at a different location and our cabin was not ready 30 minutes before check in time. We were early, yes, but really? It was a pain to wait and then drive to cabin. The cabins are cute and screened in porch is nice. However the furniture is dirty and needs updating. The counters were not cleaned properly. There is only seating for 5 on current living furniture so that entire space needs revamped. The ac is too cold even when we turned it up repeatedly but the loft are stays warmer than all other spaces. Also we needed more coffee which would always be provided in a vrbo but this was definitely more hotel style. Not what we wanted or expected

Wonderful family unit

Loved the location of this cabin unit. Really wished the 2nd bathroom would have had a little more privacy from the bedroom but we were able to manage. I will say that the loft bedroom got quite hot while the 2 bedrooms got quite cold, no in between. Would book again but would bring an additional fan for the loft bedroom.

Great Location!

Place was great! Location is right off the main drag and about a block from Tanger outlet mall. We've stayed at numerous rentals around Branson and the whole family agreed that this was one of the best ones.

Lovely cabin

We enjoyed our stay and the cabin was very comfortable. We had some difficulty regulating the temperature. If it was comfortable downstairs, it was too hot upstairs. We finally learned to open a window upstairs since it was cold outside. The only big problem was the really slow internet. If you need to work while on your trip with your computer, you just need to know it is really slow here. We loved how cozy the fireplace was on the really cold nights. The location was very convenient for our shows too.
