9 bedrooms, 9 baths, almost 2 sets of everything. Beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. Best of all the home is so well built we never ran out of hot water and never heard toilets flush, showers running or the washing machines going. Highly recommend.

Had a get away with a few couple friends of ours. The house was perfect with each room having a king bed and private bathroom. Property manager was awesome. Had a small issue with the dishwasher. Sent a quick message and had someone out very quickly to fix the problem. Would definitely come back.

Annual Family Branson Trip

This was the perfect house for our large group of 27. Everyone had a bed, the kids had plenty to do without ever getting bored. And the adults had room to play games and then relaxed in the hot tub. Easy check in and very responsive to questions.

We had an awesome time staying at this beautiful home in Branson, MO. It's not to far from most attractions and it was stocked very well with all the basic stuff we needed. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to all our concerns. We had a group of 19 and everyone was comfortable and had a great time, especially in the game room! If ever in Branson, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The Sauder Family of 10 adults and 12 children

Excellent accommodations with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and seating for all of us. 2 sets of washer-dryers to enable everyone to have clean/dry towels after swimming and hot tub usage. Game room was a great hit for all of us, pool table, ping pong, foose ball, and games that we had brought along. The family loved the bedroom layouts and grandkids loved the bunk bed room. Fantastic place near all the Branson events and with a Great Table Rock Lake view.

Lakin Memories was nothing but perfect! Comfortable beds, large gathering areas. As we have gotten older (54-75 ages) we as siblings have decided it’s time to hang out 2 times a year on vacation and this was so perfect! Beautiful view, great deck, all amenities plus some❀❀
