Just 200 metres from Croyde Beach, it's the perfect destination for a family holiday or a getaway with friends. Wake up to glorious sea views and spend warm days in the sunshine as the BBQ sizzles on the raised deck.


Settle into the spacious lounge with its stylish decor, wood-panelled flooring, and large sofas and chairs. Natural light floods in through the bay window, making it the perfect room to socialise and relax in. The kitchen offers plenty of state-of-the-art appliances and a glass-topped dining table seating six, while the handy hallway provides plenty of storage for coats and shoes. Upstairs, you'll find three generously sized bedrooms; one with a king-size bed and two with twin beds. These rooms are wonderfully soothing with coastal tones, crisp linen, and large sash windows with sea and garden views. A family bathroom is also located on this floor, ideal for a relaxing soak after a long day. Outside, you'll find a plethora of places to soak up the sun. Hedges, shrubs, and statues fill the front garden, while the rear terrace provides the perfect spot to kick back in. An outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off surfboards and sandy feet. Take it easy on the raised deck with a chilled glass in hand, or top up your tan on one of the sun loungers. Fire up the BBQ and gather everyone for a meal at the outdoor table.


With its laid-back atmosphere, Croyde is the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. Stroll along the sandy beach and take in the mesmerising coastal views, or take a dip in the sea and learn to surf. Kids will love exploring the dunes and rock pooling, and there are plenty of coastal walks for all ages. The 3-mile trail to Baggy Point offers the chance to spot kestrels, seals, and cormorants. For further entertainment, there’s an indoor pool 200 metres from the house with rapids and slides at neighbouring holiday park, charges apply. The village itself boasts a range of family-friendly pubs, restaurants, and local shops.

In every regard this was an outstanding property. Great size, well appointed , nicely furnished and a great location. I cannot think of anything required here to enhance a stay, it has every conceivable thing required . Perfect and highly recommended.
