Summary:

61 MAGGIE POINT - This 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath recently constructed home in the new Maggie Point neighborhood is the perfect home base for you and your family to explore Breckenridge and experience your mountain adventure! Warm and inviting finishes will welcome you as you walk into the open floor plan and expansive views of the Ten Mile Range from the great room. The bedrooms are all very large, comfortable, and luxurious. You can't beat this location! This is the one you have been looking for.



The Space:

Sleeping: Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2): king size bed with flat panel TV and attached bathroom - wake up to incredible sweeping views! Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2): queen size bed with flat panel TV and shared bath. Bedroom 3 (sleeps 5): queen/full bunk bed with trundle and shared bath. Pack n' Play provided. The bedrooms are all very large and comfortable.



The Neighborhood:

The Maggie Point development sits at the south end of Main St in Breckenridge. Walkability is great and it is a quick 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurant (the Breckenridge Brewery) and 10-15 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift. The neighborhood is also serviced by the free shuttle service.



Getting Around:

Since this town home sits at the South end of Main Street Breckenridge, easy access to restaurants, shops, and the Quicksilver lift will create an effortless vacation for you and your family. This development is also located within a minute walk to a FREE SHUTTLE stop which comes every 15 minutes and is a great way to get around if your legs are worn out from a day in the outdoors. Walk to Main Street Breckenridge within 5 minutes or walk to the Quicksilver lift in 10 minutes.

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. Views and Location Top Notch

The house was in a perfect location, easy access to Breck. The bed was comfortable. The views were amazing. Easy access to the free bus line. Downfalls, not many more nitpicking. The master bedroom needs room darkening shades for people on vacation that want to sleep past sunrise. It is bright in the room at 5:30 AM. The shades in all the rooms facing the mountains were no more than thin privacy shades. I assumed for the views. The temperature can get warm in Breck in Summer, it was 78 degrees in the master bedroom, no ceiling fan or screens for the windows in the master. We had to use the provided floor fans. The darkening shades would have helped, screens in at least one of the master bedroom windows would have been perfect. Communication: A maintenance worker showed up one morning to work on the hot tub. We did not receive any advance notice, not a big deal just would have liked the reassurance they were coming and why. They didn't need access to the house. Amenities: No real outside seating or space for it. In the Summer, morning coffee on the deck would have been nice. We made do by going to town for one of the many busy coffee shops. The hot tub didn't have instructions on operation, just two different instructions on how to open the top. Was simple enough to figure out. We would stay here again. Only complaints again were nitpicky.

Nice stay

We had a family of four and this condo delivered all we needed. A must on our list when skiing is a hot tub and views, and this delivered both! The unit was clean and orderly and everything was in good repair. Beds were comfortable and we much appreciated the provided humidifiers. The kitchen was well stocked with both cookware and essentials such as spices, and the unit provided paper goods and shampoo & conditioner as well. Easy walk to the bus stop, but also walkable to ski (not in ski boots) or grab a bite. Quiet neighborhood on the south end. Games and even a bluetooth speaker available. Suggestions would be hooks for towels around the hot tub and a boot dryer system in the garage. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! It was a beautiful home with amazing views. The home exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed. The hosts really go out of their way to pay attention to every little detail to make your stay incredible. The free shuttle was just a short walk away, too! We will definitely be back!

Well appointed, great location

We loved our stay here, it was well appointed, great location close to downtown main st shops, restaurants, close to Quicksilver or Beaver run chair lifts etc. It was very clean and quiet. Exactly as described. Communications with the owners was clear and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Breck Family Fun

This property has all you need for as great family or friends ski getaway. From an organized garage for easy entry to the house with all your gear to a jacuzzi own the deck for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Easy access to main street and mountain parking if you are driving but also close to a transportation pick up spot. Comfortable and spacious with amazing views of Breck slopes.

We really enjoyed staying here for our family ski trip. We were a 2 min walk from the free shuttle that dropped us off right at the base of the chair lift. Very convenient and easy walk to the main part of town

Perfect spot for a Ski Trip in Breck

My partner and I along with two other couples had a wonderful time staying here. There is a free shuttle pickup right inside the complex (about a 3 min walk from the front door of the home). This shuttle is just 2 stops from the main Quicksilver chairlift and Main St. So it made it easy and free to get around Breck whether it was for a day on the slopes or a day out shopping/eating. We stayed for 7 nights and cooked in multiple nights after long days of skiing/boarding. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine from cups, cutlery and cutting boards to slow cooker, blender, waffle maker, and TWO coffee makers. That last part was important for us because some of our group drank one type of coffee, and the others drank a different type. They even had Tupperware to store your leftovers. The heated floors and the hot tub were truly nice bonus features all while getting to look at the beautiful mountain scenery while drinking our morning coffee or relaxing after a fun day on the slopes. We would 100% stay here again when we come back to Breck. Communication with the host was top notch as well. Really great place, not a single complaint.

Paradise in the Mountains

The check-in process was the easiest and smoothest I have encountered. The property was beautiful and had everything that we could need. The view from the hot tub was majestic! We felt so spoiled. We would definitely rent this property again!

Great stay but master is too bright

Loved this house. However we were up every day at 530 because of the lack of shades in the master. The shades that are there didn’t block any light which also made it hard to cool down the room during the hotter days this week. I recommend getting some darker blinds for the master for a more enjoyable experience. Views are top notch though!!

Winter Getaway

Great property with three rooms that can accommodate three couples. The room with a bunk bed has a large lower bed at least a full maybe a queen mattress. Living area is very comphy. Heated floors were very nice and the hot tub was phenomenal - stayed at 104 degrees day and night. Easy access from main road, garage parking a nice touch. Can easily park three vehicles. Unloading was simple.

Spectacular

Shock Hill Grand was an absolutely fabulous home! Had everything we needed and more! The view, the fire pit, the hot tub, the steam shower, the kitchen utensils, my husband was in heaven, as he is the cook in the family...I could go on and on!!! The location was great. You can’t beat the access to the gondola. Fonda and JT were excellent to work with! Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home with us!

Our Time in Breckenridge

We had our 2 sons & their wives come and stay with us at 61 Maggie Place, this place was a wonderful house to stay in 3 bedroom 2-1/2 baths, all spacy, we had stayed at an Airbnb & it was a disaster, this was such a pleasure to come into this house & being so clean & all the amenities & a roomy place. They had everything for home-cooked meals, great washer & dryer set up, a great dishwasher, refrigerator, all appliances were all fairly new, it was like being at home away from home.

Beautiful home with incredible views and a great location! Probably the best family vacation we have ever had. The hot tub overlooking the surrounding mountains and slopes was the icing on top. We loved staying here and will hopefully be back to this home again in the future!

Hot tub heaven!

This property was amazing! Comfortable beds, plush towels, an extremely well-stocked kitchen and awesome roomy garage. But the best part was the hot tub on the back deck and the gorgeous views. Sitting out there as the snow fell - unforgettable! There was even a fox that trotted by each evening as we were grilling!
