It was super walkable. The condo was spotless with lots of extra linens. The kitchen has lots of cookware. Mattress was a bit firm, so you may bring a topper. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay in Breckenridge was perfect! The condo was just as described and fit our needs spot on. It was clean, cozy, the location is great on Main Street and not having to worry about parking is a huge bonus. Getting settled in was easy and the complex is very quiet. Awesome place for long weekend!

We grabbed this rental last minute after our existing rental had to cancel on us due to water issues! Cost was great, location great, unit awesome especially having 2 bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked and modern! Furnished up to date a bit dark but lighting really helped. Older building so 3 flights of stairs to unit but not horrible. Quiet even with being on Main Street! Only reason for 4 of 5 stars was due to “ welcoming smell” each time we came back in, Thanks to someone enjoying Colorado’s recreationally allowance. Opening windows helped! It worked beautifully for us! Thanks !

Walking distance to the gondola. Great setup for us. 3 adults. 1 couple and a friend. Couple got the bedroom. Murphy bed was comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Having 2 bathrooms was very nice!

Perfect location

This apartment was the perfect size and location for our small family of four the walking distance to the gondola was so convenient that no one complained! Also my teenager and 10 year old loved walking on Main Street since it was so conveniently close.

Property was really well kept and very nice. However the building is smoke free but we constantly had a strong weed smell due to the neighbor smoking constantly. If not for that, we would have had a wonderful stay.

Great condo in a great location!

Great location! Super convenient - right in the middle of town, short walk to restaurants and cafes. The condo was very clean with very well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The only improvement could be with the beds and pillows - both were a little hard especially the pillows - I would have preferred smaller pillows. Otherwise, great condo in a great location! We will be back!

Great Location

This was the first time we've been to Breckenridge and we fell in love with the town while we were there. This property is in a perfect location on Main Street in easy walking distance to just about anywhere you want to go in Breck. I was worried about the lack of air conditioning, but even in late July, the temperature was perfect and we had the windows open day and night. The parking situation for this property was also excellent. On the downside, the bathrooms are very tight (although we were grateful for 2 of them), the stove is electric (as an avid cook, I don't know how people can stand cooking with electric stoves), there's no filtered water in the kitchen, the knives are pretty dull, and the stairs getting to the 2nd floor unit are treacherous. A note about the stairs - they are not lit at night so you can't see them very well, but the reason they're treacherous is that the normal rise and run for stairs is 9.5" x 9.5". I didn't have a tape measure, but there's no chance that a single stair is even close to that AND they're inconsistent. It was like the person who built them also didn't have a tape measure and/or it was their first try at building stairs (they're so bad that it would be laughable if it weren't a safety issue). In any event, I almost fell 3 times (for the record, I'm not old, my eyesight is perfect, and I'm physically fit). Anyway, they really need to add lighting and rebuild the entire staircase to code. Otherwise, the place was great.

Great stay for relaxing

Location is fantastic! The unit is not set up well if you want to work some while there. WiFi is great but hard chairs at the table and bar make it hard to sit for too long. If using to just relax, ski, hike, cook and sleep - it’s perfect! Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, gadgets and such. Loved having 2 bathrooms.

Amazing Location

Awesome location in central downtown; walkable to gondola and ski back end. Easy parking next to the building. Didn't notice any noise from the neighbors. The condo was super clean and updated. Kitchen had the basics needed. Only concern was the extremely noticeable and persistent MJ stench. Owners need to make odor remediation an immediate priority because it detracted from our stay.

(Too) short visit to Breck

The kids and I were in Colorado Springs for a weekend and decided to add a day or two in Breckenridge while we were nearby. To be honest I didn't do too much planning. This place was available, reasonably priced, and looked nice. The drive from COS wasn't bad and when we arrived we were very pleasantly surprised by the size, location, and condition. Although we didn't spend that much time in the condo, when we did it wasn't cramped and was very comfortable. We ventured out a few times up Main Street for lunch, groceries, and general shopping. The condo has its own parking, so contention for a parking spot was never a problem. And it was quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. We will definitely be keeping an eye on the availability here for our next, longer trip to the area.

Perfect location!

My son (12) and I came in town for a 3 day ski trip and the location and accommodations were amazing. Super close to main gondola and we ended each day with the ski back to town run with a very short walk back. Location was also very close to restaurants, local markets, and shops. Condo was perfect for the two of us with more than enough space. Very pleased with the cleanliness and overall experience. I would highly recommend this location and will definitely be trying to stay here again.

Clean and upgraded

The location was perfect for us..right on Main Street.We were 2 staying there mother and daughter was big enough for 4 people.Kitchen had new appliances. Clean and comfortable place..Everything you need for a short or long stay. easy access to the slopes restaurants and shops. Parking located at the side of the building ,we didn’t move are car until we were heading home. Would recommend to friends and family.
