The unit was very clean, comfy, and quiet. Appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with essentials like coffee and filters, spices, cooking oil, etc. The location was fantastic for skiing or walking to dinner on Main St. The outdoor pool and hot tubs were also very convenient and appreciated by the kids and adults both. Only small complaint would be the pillows - lots of very soft ones but few to none firm options - but otherwise a great spot for family ski trip base!

We loved this condo! It was perfect and very roomy for our family of three. The condo was exactly as described and even better in person! The furniture was comfortable and beds too. The water pressure in the showers were amazing! We loved the location of the unit in the building, convenient to the ski lockers, elevator and outside door. We felt very safe here. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need, even some basics we didn’t have to buy at the store (salt, pepper, foil, coffee filters, etc). It’s conveniently located and an easy walk to Main St for dinner and shopping. The check in process was a little confusing. Didn’t realize we would have to pay for parking, which was 35/day in the garage. We had a carbon monoxide detector beeping with a low battery and the maintenance man came to fix it. He was very friendly and helpful! The walk to the Quicksilver lift took 10min for those of us not acclimated to the altitude and had stairs going up and down. That was our only complaint but definitely not a deal breaker! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone else!

Clean, well positioned to lifts and plenty of food. Main St is a minute walk. Loved the layout. A private kitchen, dining and den is the center point of the condo. We loved it. A large hot tub was 30 seconds if that from our room. We will be back.

Wonderful unit and very responsive with any and all questions. Super close to ski storage and walking distance to slopes, places to eat, and ski rental stores. There is also a bus stop located right outside the premises. Only downside we had was parking is not included and only allows one car.

Beautiful condo, comfortable beds, amazing location. Walkable to anywhere you want to go downtown and to some nearby hikes. The kids loved the pool and we all loved the view of the mountains from the pool and hot tubs. An additional hot tub is right near the unit as well with towels supplied. The address to check in is the same for several buildings, and Apple Maps took us to a different building in the complex (the one with Lululemon in it) when we were walking there from downtown, so we were a bit confused at first, but we found someone who pointed us in the right direction. Check in is in the building facing Main Street with the drop off area in front. The parking garage entrance is at the front of that same building, but the elevator in the Waterhouse parking area underneath takes you straight up to the building the condo is in.

Wonderful Ski Vacation

Our stay at the Water House property was fantastic, great proximity to Beaver Run, less than a 10 min walk to the chairlift, and equally close to all of Breck's entertainment. The condo was clean, comfortable, and very nice! I will definitely be staying there again. My family and I have stayed in Breck multiple times, and this was by far the best experience.

This condo was perfectly located at the base of peak 9. About a 5-10 min walk to the lift and a 5 min walk to Main Street. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything that we needed. The first floor location next the ski locker could not have been any more convenient. Definitely would stay here again.

Great spot

This unit was perfect for our family of 4. Our 10 and 12 year olds loved the double-sized bunk beds with a TV in the room. The open concept isn't huge but has a very comfortable living area and is either recently updated or on the newer side, as everything was in great shape. It is on the ground level, so you will get sound from people walking by, but it didn't feel like an overly high-traffic area in the summer, so it was not a problem. We found the location at the top of the main street excellent, and we loved that there was a hot tub steps from our door. My only suggestion would be a few more kitchen staples (baggies, foil, etc).
