You’ll find the ski slopes within 200 yards of this beautiful unit in the Westridge Townhomes, conveniently located within walking distance of the Snowflake lift and just a five-minute drive away from downtown Breckenridge.

This immaculate three-bedroom Breckenridge townhome offers every imaginable comfort spread out in spacious living space. In addition to a professionally decorated interior you’ll find a full range of premium amenities, including living area with towering vaulted ceilings, rich hardwood floors and a spacious master bathroom with a jetted tub as well as private hot tub.

Sip hot cocoa as you sit before the gas fireplace. Additionally, you’ll have access to on-site laundry facilities and a private garage with additional parking in the driveway.

This is a great spot! Location is perfect. The townhome is very spacious and is just steps from saw mill trail. The bedding in the kids bunk room could use some updating and less pillows. There were so many throw pillows we didn’t know what to do with them. The bedding in the master and guest room could also be updated. We were looking for some blankets to use while watching tv on the sofa at times. We also could have used some small wash towels. There were only hand towels and bath towels available. We would stay here again for sure! Hoping the bedding is updated soon!

Comfortable place

Interior was clean & very well supplied except for laundry detergent. Area around hottub was dirty & the hottub itself had dirt in the botyomr. very comfortable beds & living space. Garbage disposal did not work when we were there.

This condo is in a perfect spot for mountain access from several points. Our sons had a great time skiing and the condo is close to most everything. VERY clean and well appointed. Our only issue was luke warm showers for the bathrooms downstairs.

Christmas Ski Vacation

The condo was very nice with plenty of room for our family of five. The hot tub was very nice after a day of skiing. The living area also had plenty of room for us to play games together and relax. The walk to the Snowflake green ski run was fairly short, but slightly uphill. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place!

Comfortable lodging close to the mountain

We had a really nice 5 day stay in Breckenridge and enjoyed the comforts of this lovely home. Admittedly we were hoping the walk to the slopes was a little more convenient. It was an uphill climb on icy terrain that left us pretty tired by the time we got to the slope. Also, finding the path on the way back was pretty challenging. That being said, it's a short drive to Snowflake lift which is not at all crowded. The house itself was spacious with a very good layout for a group of 6 people. Was happy to find the kitchen very well stocked. Only comment is that there were quite a few things that needed repair while we were there. That being said, the staff was very responsive and quick to get things taken care of for us. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to stay close to the mountain. We had a great time!

NOT a ski in ski out

It was a wonderful house. Heated garage. Heated floors. Fire place. Hot tub. Closer to all the lifts if you drive. Only 1 min drive to snowflake lift drop off. The only thing I was hoping for a ski-in and ski-out location but it is NOT. It looks so close on every map. The Snowflake run to the house is flat and in some places uphill! :( After a long day of skiing it was exhausting. Plus for midwesterners the lack of O2 didn’t help. For any little kids and we had a snowboarder just expect to walk uphill. Then you have to walk on the street and walk uphill to the house. We rented a car so we only tried Snowflake once. Otherwise we got picked up at the 4 O’clock spur which ends across the street from the snowflake lift. Only a 1 min Drive to the house. I only saw one review talk about skiing back to this townhome. So, I hope this helps.

Nice stay with awkward next door neighbor

We had an amazing anniversary stay, with a great location. We had two awkward encounters with the owners that shared the adjoining townhouse. One asked if we lost power and wanted to check the electrical panel in our rental. With no identification we had no idea who this person was. Another was in the same night the neighbor lady rang the doorbell at night and asked us to open the door. I refused, not knowing who this individual was. She asked us to turn off the porch light so they could see the stars on a cloudy night. Two experiences were awkward, other then that the place was nice.
