Welcome to Paradise . Breckenridge Splendor is part of the Breck Heaven properties managed by Bill Handley and is a family friendly home that lives up to its name both with its incredible views of Mt. Baldy and its luxurious interior furnishings. Home is immaculate and very comfortable. This house features two large family rooms with beautiful rock fireplaces on each level. The lower level also has an open wet bar and a Bose surround sound stereo system. The master bedroom features a California sleep comfort king size bed, a private balcony with a spectacular view of Mt. Baldy, and a large stunning master bathroom with copper inlaid tile, Jacuzzi jetted tub and a separate shower. The house is located in Warriors Mark, an exclusive, friendly neighborhood right next to the Peak National Forest. It is just a short distance to put on your skis and ski to the Beaver Run Chair Lift on Peak 9.

The house is located in an exclusive, friendly neighborhood right next to the Peak National Forest. It is a short 75-yard walk to put on your skies and ski to the Beaver Run Chair Lift on Peak 9. You will ski out on Peak 9 and can come back on either Peak 9 or 10 based on your ski level. Green skiers can do Peak 9.

Enjoy your Rocky Mountain vacation in this beautiful home that can comfortably sleep 17. There are plenty of warmly decorated rooms to accommodate your group during day and night. The gorgeous great room with a large rock gas fireplace, and access to the hot tub, can easily seat 5/6. There is also a separate living room for additional adults or kids. This warm, open design with over 20-foot ceilings makes it perfect for large families. And if you want to go out, there are many fine and delectable restaurants to choose from.

The gourmet kitchen with hardwood floors and granite counter tops is fully stocked to meet all of your cooking needs. The large table in the adjoining dining room seats 10 and is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate after your day of skiing or hiking. There is additional seating (up to 4) at the granite kitchen bar/counter top. That's a favorite place to enjoy your apres' ski glass of wine while cooking a family meal together.

The main level, master suite features a king bed, large windows, access to the hot tub, and a luxurious master bathroom with Jacuzzi jetted tub and separate shower. There is an additional bedroom with a queen bed on the main level.

The lower level has 3 additional warmly decorated bedrooms along with a game room for both kids and adults to enjoy.

A day of activity in the mountains is never complete without a dip in a hot tub. Enjoy our large, new hot tub surrounded by Lodge Pole pine trees on one of the two outside decks.

Wonderful!

The home was more than expected, with an extra bedroom not shown in the pictures. The rooms were large and had everything you could need - comfort and style. Both the property manager and owner were very responsive when we called about the hot tub needing care - there were 15 of us using it daily. The only "complaint" would be that it is not a good ski-in/ski-out for beginners or snowboarders. Had to slide down a steep hill just to get started then climb that to get home. It was quite icy, which is not anything the homeowners could control. It also ended out on flat ground where snowboarders had to take off the boards and hike across the plain to the lift. Skiers did not have as much problem (so ski in/out but not snowboard) That said, the house was only 10 minutes from the slopes and easy drop-off and pick up. We travel a lot as a whole family and this home tops the list of favorites!

The perfect mountain home!

Nice House

We had an extended family group of skiers from four related families. Two younger kids at 5 and 7, and the rest younger and older adults. The house is spacious, well decorated, and functional. The kitchen was well outfitted, every time we thought they didn't have something (eg. collander), we'd end up finding 2 of them tucked away in a cabinet. So ski in, ski out. Bottom line , the extended trails worked well for about 2/3 of the skiers, they loved it, they other 1/3 used the bus. Good news is the ski bus stop is pretty close at the end of the street.

We had a great stay in Breckenridge. Lots of beds and bedrooms for everyone to sleep comfortably. Excellent hot tub for getting our legs back after skiing. The shuttle that serves the property every 15 minutes worked well at the start of the day and at the end coming off the hill.

This house was AMAZING! Rooms were spacious and beautiful. We all enjoy cooking and the Kitchen was just like home, fully stocked and plenty of platters and dishes! Perfect Family Vacation

We love the house! As our kids have grown so has our family. This house was perfect for all our four generations. Granny was able to stay in a room on the main level so no need to do stairs while the kids & grandkids had the run of the game room and everything downstairs. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook or bake. I HIGHLY recommend this property and Bill (owner) was so easy to work with. Wonderful ski holiday!

We found the house spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable, with multiple spaces to socialize. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, cookware and condiments. Guys Snowboard Trip

Awesome property with all the amenities. The walk to the slopes is easy for skiers but snowboarders have to unstrap and walk to a very flat run (Lower Lehman). We did the walk on the first day but relied on the shuttle for the rest of the week. The shuttle is very convenient. We were greeted by a fox coming up on the deck to check in on us each day. This was my group's first time to Breckenridge and it did not disappoint!

Warrior’s Mark West

We loved our stay at Warrior’s Mark West. The home was huge and had plenty of space to gather with family in the great room, kitchen and dining areas. The downstairs living area was a great spot for family to wind down in the evenings. The views were breathtaking. Oversized laundry was great for tacking our crews’ laundry while there. The kitchen was a gourmet one with everything you could possibly need to cook an elaborate meal for your family. We couldn’t get the outdoor grill working but it snowed the whole time we were there so we just changed our meal plan, The only issue we really had was there was some organic cleaning product used to clean with that left a terrible odor throughout the home. We aired the home out and the odor faded. By the next day, you could barely smell it.I definitely recommend renting the home especially if you have a large group. Oh, one more thing, there are only 1.5 baths on the main floor so if someone stays in the extra bedroom on the main floor, he either would have to use the master bath to bathe or go downstairs.

Beautiful home. Great views. Ski in ski out not for beginners but there is a bus stop close by. Well stocked kitchen.

Wonderful Breckenridge get away

Breck Splendor was a near perfect home for our family of 12. All the amenities were top-notch, the views are beautiful, the home itself spacious and comfortable, and our host could not have been more. . The property is not a true ski in/ski out unless you are very familiar with Breckenridge and the conditions are perfect. That being said, The private shuttle works really well for access to Peak 9 base area. I would recommend this property to others and would love to be a summertime visitor.
