Clean, great location
Publié le 23 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place is in a great location and in a complex that has a very nice recreation/relaxation area with a sauna, steam room, pool and several hot tubs, along with a big game room with a big sitting area, arcade games, table shuffle board, etc. The complex was nearly empty during mud season, so we pretty much had the run of the place. The unit was nice for 2, would probably be ok for 3 but might be crowded for 4. It’s small but has good storage space for its size and was super clean. Its bathroom was stocked but — our only little knock on the place — the kitchen, while stocked with the usual utensils, had absolutely nothing else. No coffee or any kind of spices. Nothing. So if you want to cook, you’re going to buy absolutely everything. That was the only little downer but everything else was great.

Thanks for coming out to stay with us. We very much appreciate it as we know there are numerous places to choose from in Breck. So glad you were able to enjoy the condo and the amazing location of the complex. It is what sold us as well and we have just loved sharing it with others for the last decade plus. Glad you felt well at home with your party. Our family of 4 has loved the condo for a place to crash for years given its amazing location. We will do better about notating in more places than we already have about not providing spices and things of that nature anymore. Post pandemic we had a lot of comments about folks being able to tamper with spices, condiments etc which is why we have noted in several places we do not provide them anymore like we used to. However we do not promote that we do anywhere on our listing or in any of our documentation if it gets read prior to arriving. We will do better at ensuring guests' read what we send them before arrival however and appreciate your feedback as we have heard feedback from both sides and prefer to keep our guests safe and drinking the coffee of their choice. Absolutely going to return
Publié le 10 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe space was as advertised and had all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. Proximity to the lift, the bars and restaurants could not be better.
The host was incredibly helpful leading up to the stay and helped facilitate onsite parking because parking is non-existent in the town of Breckenridge.
I would absolutely stay in this location again.

Pretty much everything you would need for a trip to Breck is right at your fingertips. Lifts, Bars, Dining, Shopping, Parking, Hot tubs, Pools, Rentals you name it. Also thanks for pointing out the parking.car situation as 99% of the time our car never moves once we arrive to the condo being the location to the slopes and Main St is just special. Great Location
Publié le 24 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayCondo was very clean and had all the amenities for cooking your own meals. Best location for shopping, dining and a short walk to the quicksilver lift. Ski rental in the building. Hot tub and sauna are also in the building.
Hosts were very helpful when we couldn’t get the mobile key working.

Great location, amenities, and communication

We would stay at this property again! Nick was very easy to communicate with and had all the information you need organized and simple to use! Perfect location and great amenities for the snowboarders in our family and the coffee loving book worms!

We're delighted to hear that the location was convenient for quick access to both the slopes and the town. My wife and I were sold from the moment we pulled into the garage because of the location to town and the lifts. It's fantastic that the kids enjoyed the pool—there's nothing better than creating lasting memories on a family vacation. OUr little one has spent hours and hours in the pool and she talk so foundly of the games and slides and now the hoop.
