Stay in the heart of Breckenridge at Park Avenue Lofts 204 – a stylish and modern 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo that combines location and comfort. A quick walk across the street to the Quicksilver SuperChair at the base of Peak 9 and one block from Main Street, this condo is the perfect home base for exploring everything Breckenridge has to offer.

The open-concept living space features heated floors, a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and a private balcony with mountain views. After a day on the slopes or trails, unwind in the building's shared outdoor hot tub or stroll to one of the nearby restaurants or shops.

The bedroom offers a queen bed and plenty of natural light, while the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to four guests. Additional amenities include heated underground parking (clearance is 7'8"), a washer/dryer in the unit, ski storage, and elevator access.

Great stay!

Has everything you need! Fireplace is a nice touch. Directly across from the Lifts so extremely easy to walk Main Street or hit the slopes. The kitchen accessories are outdated (blender etc.) but other than that everything was spectacular. There are also no seasonings if you plan to cook.

Great location / park avenue lofts

5 minute walk from lifts, Main Street, grocery market, everything. Great for couple or family of 4. The only quip is the one picture of the hot tub makes it look like it’s your own private hot tub when in fact, it’s a common use hot tub a floor below off the gym. Other then, everything else was as advertised.

Great location but horrible sleep

Everything about this place was great.... except it had zero air flow, no air conditioning, even in the winter without the fireplace on the place was 90 degrees inside without the heat on. And the bed was super uncomfortable. I slept on the couch after the first night.

The location is perfect. Bed is still hard as rock. Strange wardrobe taking up space in the bedroom. Ice maker and chilled water don’t work. However, I would stay in this unit again for the location.

The apartment is showing its age & wear and tear! It's in need of a total repaint and repair. The door to the patio doesn't lock. The valance on the patio door is broken and just lying on the floor. Most of the screen windows are torn or being held together with zip ties. One of the leather recliners has a tear in the arm rest. We had NO HOT water in the shower the entire time we stayed (4-days). The location is very centrally located for the downtown district, and the below ground parking is nice. Keep in mind centrally located also means LOUD traffic noise all day long and into the evening hours. The comment below the photo captures the highlights regarding this property (location & garage)!!

Great location!

Everything is as advertised! The check process was a bit tougher than expected. Granted we checked in while it was snowing quite a bit, the front desk was less than helpful. The front desk is located 3/4 - 1 mile away from 500 S. Park Ave and shlepping luggage that far in a snow storm is not possible. The attendant checking us in had little to no suggestions on ways to move about town. Other than that, it was an amazing stay! Will go back!

Great Location but had some issues

Will start with the good. Great location close to the lifts and main street. That being said its very loud you hear everything. Condo is a good size which is a plus. Now some of the issues. It was so warm in the condo could not get the heat under control now sure the thermostat even works. Had to keep the windows open most of the time to keep it below inferno.. The condo needs to be updated a bit. The Bed is AWFUL. It was like sleeping on cement. The mattress is older than my wife and I combined. The bathroom tub/shower is in rough shape. The showerhead popped off right when I tried to use it. Maintenance fixed it right away but the side of the tub kept falling off. The dishwasher didn't work the start button was broken so didn't figure that out till the day of check out. Carpets could use a replacement as well. Its a decent place to stay that is close but could use some TLC to get it a bit cleaner and more liveable. The staff was very responsive and accommodating so that is another plus.

The property is in a great location. One block off Main St. Across the street from access to skiing on Peak 9. Across parking lot F to free bus stop. Great view of the mountains (as long as there’s no foliage). Overall the property is nice. But the bathroom is showing wear and tear. Paint chipped and peeling. The tub panel was loose when we arrived which my husband fixed. Exhaust fan didn’t work. Ice maker was not connected/working. And the latch in the dishwasher was damaged so it took some maneuvering to get it to latch. Had to call management office because there were no washcloths and the thermostat didn’t work. But the thermostat must have been a building issue because there were a number of open windows around the building when it was 20-35 degrees out! They provided washcloths but the thermostat was never addressed. So we opened windows to cool the condo down. There were no trash bags although there was supposed to be so we bought our own. Just would have been nice if they had notified us about the thermostat since we inquired about repairing it. In bedroom the top sheet had holes. And lighting is terrible even with the blinds open. Overall the property is nice but just don’t look too close. It could use a little TLC. My rating is based on the overall experience despite the issues we had.

Location Was Good, Unit Needs Work

The building itself was cute and nice, however the entire place was extremely hot. You were unable to turn the heat down in the unit. Other then that, it was a nice place to stay and a nice location and walking distance to everything. Our unit however was not nice, the tub was literally falling apart, you could see into the tub, not to mention it had nail polish marks or something all along the edge. The bed was hard as a rock and we couldn’t sleep, not to mention there was 1 light in the bedroom that barely let off enough light to see anything. The remote for the TV in the bedroom wasn’t working when we got in so we had to figure out how to fix that. I don’t believe the unit was cleaned at all before we got there, the carpet was dirty and there was hair in the shower. Definitely not worth as much as we paid to stay in the unit, especially for the deep cleaning that supposedly goes on. The door to the patio sounded like you were going to break it when you opened it. Despite everything that was wrong with the unit, the location was nice, but we definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Amazing summer trip

We recently stayed at this condo and it was beautiful. Loved the location. It’s right on Main Street closer to all restaurants and shops. The bike rental shop was right downstairs and that made it very easy for us to rent the hike for a day. I would strongly suggest this rental unit and would love to come again :)

Great Vacation Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Location is amazing for Main Street access as well as ski access. Condo had everything we needed. We didn’t really do any cooking, but the very basics seemed available. The view from our balcony was incredible! When we got there the handle to the balcony door was missing. Maintenance replaced it same day. No big deal. The bed mattress does leave a lot to be desired but we were just fine. Overall, great place/location/convenience for skiing. We would definitely stay again.
