Fantastic Rental in Breckenridge

My cousin and I go to Breckenridge almost every winter to ski, and we wanted a place a little closer to the slopes this time.The Snowflake lift was a couple blocks walk uphill, or you can take a short bus ride. However, you can ski down very close to the unit if you stop right above Pinecrest.The accommodations were first rate and the kitchen had everything you could need! We stayed for four nights and I don't have a single complaint. The communication with the property manager was superb, and they allowed us to park for a little while prior to check in. I would love to own this place, but would settle to rent it again the next time I'm in Breckenridge. Thanks so much!

Lovely location

My family had a wonderful stay at Sundowner II - perfect location for access to the Snowflake lift and just a short walk to Main St. The condo was spacious and had everything we could possibly need. Very comfortable beds and bedding as well.

Great location

Overall this property was exactly what we were looking for. Close to a lift (Snowflake) with a short walk or shuttle ride, but ski-in (Four O'Clock Run) with a very short walk back to the condo. The parking garage was an added bonus for not only on-site parking, but being able to leave our ski gear in a vehicle overnight. The living/dining/kitchen area is much bigger than the photos led onto. Having the free clothes washer and dryer was an added bonus we didn't anticipate. The building does have a small outdoor hot tub, but also a very nice pool/hot tub facility that is a short walk down a path that includes a heated indoor/outdoor pool, but also one indoor hot tub and two large outdoor hot tubs that easily seat 10+. Communication with property management was the best I've experienced yet, and we've stayed at multiple rental properties across the country and internationally. They provided all information to the property via email and text and were available with a simple text. So easy and fast. There isn't a formal check-in process as they simply send you a text when the condo is ready. No keys are required as everything is a push code for the garage, condo, trash, hot tubs/pool, etc.

Loved that we were able to ski in and ski out from the Snowflake chair! Toby was very responsive and quickly sent someone to fix the fireplace for us. He was also very accommodating about letting us check out later due to bad weather and flight changes. Thank you so much!

Fantastic location

This condo was in a great location - a short walk up the hill leads to a pretty little 1+ mile loop reservoir hiking trail (Snowflake Run) and a short couple of blocks the other way is Main St. Great for a quick Labor Day weekend trip. The condo was clean and the main floor layout was very spacious. The balcony overlooking a little path with lots of trees was really nice - much more private then some of the other condos in downtown Breck. The ONLY cons were that the master bath was really small and there weren't many extra pillows. My daughter slept on the pullout and we only found one extra pillow. Not a big deal. They can't do anything about the master bath - it's updated as much as they can - it's just small and I like my counter space. :) Check-in/out was super easy - they just send you the code prior to checking in and you just leave when you're done! Parking is limited - only one spot and it's first come/first serve in the underground garage with no surface lot parking, so if you're traveling with more than one family just keep that in mind. This would be a good skiing location, although the walk up to the Snowflake Lift would be a little tough in ski boots. Doable, though.

Awesome Place Close to 4oclock life

Overall experience was great at this location. I enjoyed that it was close to the lifts. The only thing that was a little tough was the parking since we only have one space. The hottub and pool were nice amenities after snowboarding.

Ski Vacation - Perfect Spot

We had a group of 3 friends and were extremely pleased with our stay. The condo is larger than the pictures indicate, with plenty of room to spread out. The condo is also in a prime location, with a 100-yard walk to the snowflake lift, and a short walk downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Comfortable Condo

Family vacation trip with our two young daughters (4,6). The condo was clean and large, very comfortable. We had everything we needed and cooked several meals in the fully-furnished kitchen. We also used the washer/dryer several times: super convenient to have them right in the apartment. The location was great; walking distance to downtown Breckenridge and all the shopping/restaurants. Our girls played for hours in the blue river: never seemed to tire of it! We would definitely stay here again! Unable to use the pool or hot tub because of pandemic, but that was ok.

Perfect location cute cabin feel

After looking at so many online listings we landed with this one just due to having a bathroom for each bedroom (2.5 baths here to be exact). The management company was one of the best I’ve worked with before and would absolutely stay with them again. The condo was lovely and actually exceeded our expectations from the photos regarding size. It was well stocked and very clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was very nice. Had a little trouble with not enough hot water . The maintenance man came and turned up the water heater and it solved the problem. The only other thing was there was a big gap at the front door. It appeared someone had tried to break in at one time and the door didn't seal very well. Otherwise the condo was very homey and very comfortable. Had plenty of towels and amenities.

Condo was nice - hot tub not available

The condo was nice, as advertised, warm and comfortable. The hot tub lock code would not work. Then the tub area became filled with snow and the cover collapsed into the tub. Called maintenance, no response, no help. Hot tub was not functional all week.
