There is a 5 night minimum booking required over any weekend with some exceptions. Please ask.

If you cancel during "normal" times, at any time, for any reason and, if we can re-book, you can also get up to a full refund. This has worked very well in the past as long if we have sufficient time to advertise.

Summer rentals--May through Oct are minimum 5 months.

The kitchen and baths were updated. All stainless appliances and granite counters. We installed a new huge picture window in the kitchen so you can see all the activity at the lift, slopes, ski school, halfpipe, competitions, and mountains.

This is a strictly NO SMOKING, NO PET condo

Walk out your private front door overlooking the lift and slopes, strap on your boards and you are on THE Rocky Mountain Super Chair.

Take the Gondola up the hill or down into the town center for shopping.

The Imperial Express lift is right there. Highest Lift in North America. Amazing Views of the Mountains and Slopes.

Clean, updated unit-fully equipped sleeps up to 8 with four queen beds and a sofa sleeper. AND BRAND NEW MATTRESSES THROUGHOUT!!

No smoking, no pets, please.

Garage parking for 2 cars. You are on the main floor--no elevators to ride-no walking.

You are 2 minutes by car to the town center where all the restaurants, shopping, and activities are. Drive, walk, or take the trolley.

There are two community hot tubs and Gas BBQ which overlook the lift and slopes.

Ski schools and children's center are right there. Restaurants next door. In summer visit the Alpine slide, miniature golf, biking, hiking, bungee, and other activities.

3 night minimum with exceptions if there is a time slot. 5 night minimum peak season if the booking is over a weekend--with exceptions. Always ask.

Rates and minimum nights are not cast in stone. We can be very flexible based on if you can take a slot between 2 other bookings, take more nights, and last-minute leftovers.
