Nous sommes venus pour le carnaval de Bredene comme chaque année donc repos et le samedi de Paques c'est le carnaval . on profite de ces congés pour revoir nos amis . dommage pour la météo

De retour en Belgique

Je fais le carnaval de Bredene et maintenant j'habite en Espagne. Donc nous avons recherché quelque chose et nous avons trouvé cet appartement dans ce domaine qui m'est familier ,étant donné que j'habitais avant dans celui-ci. Donc très bien situé dans le calme à plus ou moins 1,5km de la ville . La durée de mon séjour était de 20 jours. Tout c'est passé normalement ,sauf quelques lacunes ,mais bon ....rien a dire en général.

Es war alles da was man brauchte nur leider nicht mehr ganz( Geschirr und Gläser)und teilweise schmutzig. Die Stuhlpolster und die Sofakissen hatten Flecken, dann war die Toilette voller Harnstein und der Überlauf am Becken richtig eklig. Die Spülmaschine war defekt und wurde dann nach 5 Tagen repariert. Die Schlafzimmerdecke bestand aus teilweise herausgebrochenen Paneelen(nur der äußere Rand stand noch). Das Fliegengitter am Schlafzimmerfenster war mit Heftzwecken und dann Klebeband sehr....

Ruimte voor verbetering

Minpunten: Veel kapotte of niet werkzame zaken (tv, lamellen gordijn in slaapkamer, muggenraam, koffiemachine, kap in tafeltje, ladenkast laminaat krult eraf, etc...) Er is geen toiletpapier, afwasmiddel, noch keukenhanddoek voorzien terwijl dit laatste perfect bij het linnen had kunnen geleverd worden. De uren om aan te komen en weg te gaan zijn ridicuul. Je bent er twee dagen mee kwijt. Pluspunten: Het zwembad, de rust.

Die Wohnung hält wenig der Versprechen. Weder von Interhomel noch vom Eigentümer: Angeblich wird genauestens gearbeitet. Dann wäre kein schmutziges Geschirr sowie verdreckte Töpfe zu finden, bei 2 Topfdeckel fehlen die Griffe, Gestank aus den Küchenschränken, Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer mit Packband geklebt, Umleimer am Schrank lose, Terrasse keineswegs 5x2M! Der Hit ist ein total klebriges Treppengländer zur Tiefgarage. Positiv sind der immer gereinigte Swimmingpool und ein Tiefgaragenplatz.

Geniale Lage/ Unterkunft eher ungemütlich

wunderschöne Anlage mit Autogarage. Pool war super sauber. Die Lage war genial. Konnten ohne Probleme schnell überall hin fahren und laufen auch zum Hundestrand. Die Wohnung an sich war viel kleiner als sie auf den Bildern wirkte und war leider nicht gemütlich. Möbel waren teilweise alt und kaputt und die Schubladen und Schränke mit dem Geschirr dreckig. Wir haben viel Zeit dort verbracht da unser Hund noch sehr klein ist. Hätten uns ein schöneres Umfeld gewünscht.

Het wachtwoord van de WiFi werkte niet dus we zijn nooit op de WiFi geraakt. Gebruiksaanwijzing van electriche apparaten zou handig zijn (microgolfoven). EEn prima bed aanwezig met een hele goede matras . Zalig geslapen. Miscommunicatie met mail van interhome over gesloten zwembad terwijl het open was.

Net appartement op benedenverdieping met garage. prima zwembad wordt dagelijks netjes onderhouden. Op 5 min. Fietsen van strand en tramhalte en 20' naar de Haan. Rustige locatie. Fijne tennisclub in Bredene waar je les/uur kan volgen.

Hellhöriges Objekt, Inventar sehr gut, alles vorhanden was man benötigt, Platz ausreichend, modern eingerichtet, Sauberkeit ok, könnte besser sein. Schnelle unbürokratische Abwicklung. Parkgarage hervorragend. Pool angenehm und ausreichend, allerdings ohne Schatten. Entfernung zum Strand ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Gut zu gehn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Alles in Allem zu empfehlen. Wir würden dieses Objekt wieder buchen.

Im großen und ganzen war der Urlaub schön

Toller Aufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Lage ist top, ca 1 km zum Strand, zu Fuß etwas weit aber mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch schnell zu erreichen. Die Ferienanlage super, der Pool fantastisch, sehr sauber und auch nicht zu kalt. Das Apartment war leider nicht so sauber wie es sein sollte zumal die Endreinigung pro Person 19€ berechnet wird. Ein Schock war die Decke im Schlafraum, hier wurde die Holzdecke mit Beleuchtung versehen damit es so aussieht als die eingebrochene Decke so sein soll. Hier kann sich jede Spinne schön abseilen. Das Schlafsofa total schmutzig voller Flecken. Zum schlafen nicht geeignet. Von der Einrichtung alles vorhanden und die Größe ist auch völlig ok. Wenn man das Apartment mal General überholen würde dann wäre alles Top!
