Das Haus am Chiemsee ist seit über 50 Jahren im Familienbesitz. 5 Schlafzimmer, ein großer Wohnbereich mit Kamin und Kachelofen, 2 Terrassen und ein Balkon umgeben von einem 1300 m2 großen Grundstück, schaffen einen Rahmen für Ihren Urlaub, der alle Annehmlichkeiten bietet. An zwei Seiten grenzt das Haus an grüne Wiesen und liegt direkt am Landschaftsschutzgebiet Chiemsee. Seit jeher genießt das Haus ein eigenes Stegrecht und so können Sie Steg und Ruderboot während Ihres Urlaubs jederzeit unentgeltlich nutzen. Familien mit Kindern gehören genauso zu unseren Gästen wie Segler, die ihr Schiff für die Dauer ihres Aufenthaltes im direkt benachbarten Yachthafen liegen haben; Golfer, die während ihres Aufenthaltes bis zu 10 Golfplätze in der Umgebung ausprobieren oder Wanderer, die den Chiemgau, seine sanften Hügel und die charakteristischen Berge schätzen. Und für den Wassersport jeder Art ist der Chiemsee schon seit jeher ein Mekka.
