Tired, room in need of modernisation. Room and bathroom cold despite radiator turned to max. Mattress old and saggy, very poor sleep

Favourite Place to Stay - Business Trip
Publié le 5 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThis is my favourite place to stay when working away. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the food is great, it is very clean and tidy. The place has a lovely feel and as a female solo guest, I feel very safe in their hands and always get a perfect nights sleep.
I have recommend this venue to a number of my colleagues as a great place to stay.

Stayed one night. Hotel looks great from outside but entrance filled with tacky Xmas decorations in November. Staff were nice, but age of hotel meant getting to the room difficult as no lift and parts like a rabbit warren. Wi-Fi in room was very poor. Breakfast ok. Used their gym but it was untidy, not cared for.
