Second time we rented here. Nice layout, especially master bedroom and bath. Kitchen is well stocked. We really like Tina, she is a great host. We had some really great sunsets this year.

Oneida Lake House

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this rental property. The house was very clean and the king size bed was so comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The only thing we didn't like was the boat dock. It wasn't installed at the proper height from the water. I could barely get in and out of our boat because the dock was about two feet higher than it should be. Otherwise, we would definitely stay again.

Stop Looking And Book It

Exceeded my expectations. Well equipped kitchen? Absolutely. There are gizmos in there I didn't know what they were or how to use them. Quiet location. Peaceful deck and Adirondack chairs with a firepit down by the water to relax with morning coffee, or evening wine. Very convenient location to casino. Great place to relax and unwind. If the location meets your requirements, this is your place to be. Without question I would stay here again.

Graduation Trip

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay! The house was spotless and the perfect size for our family of five. Although it rained nonstop for the first three days of our six-day visit, coming from Arizona, the cooler, wet weather was a refreshing change.Thankfully, the rain cleared up for the second half of our trip, and we were able to fully enjoy the backyard patio. The view of the lake is absolutely spectacular, and we especially loved watching the geese and their babies visit the property each morning. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet—ideal for a relaxing getaway.

Wonderful stay

We stayed at this house while we were visiting for a family wedding this weekend and I would 100% recommend it! The neighborhood is quiet, house is spacious, and the view is beautiful! We are already planning to book it for our next trip down!

A beautiful view!

We had a great stay here! Very clean and the view of the lake is amazing! The owner was very sweet and informative. The only issue we came across was the upstairs being a little hot. But overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

Visit to Family & Friends

Spent the month of June at the lake, within an hour of our families. A perfect location for us, great view, nice neighborhood for walking. The house came with all the necessary furnishings. We really liked the deck table and chairs and ate many meals outside. Had a couple of very minor issues come up, one with the dryer that needed a small repair, and Tina responded ASAP to all our needs. She's a great host.

Syracuse University Graduation Weekend

We stayed at this property for graduation weekend, it was about a 25-minute drive to the school. The house was perfect for us, with two big bedrooms on the first floor and twin beds upstairs. Two full bathrooms as well. The weather wasn't great but we still managed to sit outside on the big deck and watch the beautiful sunset over the lake. The house was clean and well-stocked. The owner was very responsive to my inquiries. I would recommend this property!

Great stay in a beautiful spot!

We had such a lovely stay here, and the house was actually a lot bigger than I thought, with an extra seating area and 2nd TV closer to the kitchen -great for keeping the cook company! A whole wall of windows and sliding doors affords you a great view of the lake even if the weather outside is too brisk to go hang out on the deck. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals of any complexity -there was even a mixer and a blender. The upstairs bedroom is above the kitchen/dining area so no worrying about noise filtering to the downstairs bedrooms; it'd be great for kids or someone who likes to get up way earlier than the rest. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay on the lake!

Wonderful experience. House was spacious and very clean. Kayaks provided gave us access to Oneida Lake and weather cooperated. Saw great blue herons, ospreys, and bald eagles. Spent most time relaxing on the deck gazing at the lake. Neighbors were very friendly but not intrusive. Wood available for sale across the street for the fire pit. Hard to beat a fire in the evening on the lake. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils for indoor or grill cooking. Would stay here again. Thanks, Tina!

Perfect lakehouse!

This property is perfect! It’s clean, updated and airy! There is a large yard for kids to play and kayaks to use in the water. The owner is kind and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!
