Room clean, bed comfortable with everything I needed. Good shower. Breakfast cooked to order and was plentiful and very tasty. Cooked and presented well. Good time slots offered for breakfast and checking out for 11am just right. Roisin was polite and very attentive offering a warm welcome. Simple accommodation at reasonable price. only criticism is that shower tiles could do with grout being cleaned. Would go there again

Great value

Friendly staff Basic but clean room, perfect for our needs and great value. Didn't stick around for breakfast so I'm unable to rate it. Parking directly across the road £4 per 24 hrs.
