Beautiful property. Facility was nicer than expected and extremely clean. Location is a bit remote and restaurant options are limited - but we expected that and it was not a problem. Overall a fantastic stay and good value.

Lovely surroundings, disappointing and oticey food

Great spa and nice staff, lovely surroundings with a beautiful lake and woods. Overall the whole complex feels a bit dated. We stayed in an apartment that was huge, nicely equipped and bright. However, the area is very closed off, there is nothing else in walking distance - no cafe, no restaurant, no shop. Which wouldn’t have mattered if the food in the two hotel restaurants (the upscale one is closed during the week) had been good. Unfortunately, it’s very expensive for what it is, breakfast is at 29 Euro per person if not included in your package and the buffet is nowhere near worth it with pre packaged cheese and meat, industrial coffee from a fully automatic coffee machine, little choices in bread, at 10 am no refills for croissants or scrambled eggs anymore. The Klosterscheune dinner menue is also very pricey. We will not return.

Not the best hotel for a casual overnight. It is tough to find. Our room was not well ventilated and the room was too warm all night long. The food was good, but overpriced.

Getting away from the world.

The rooms are in a converted Farmhouse, and very good conversion. Overlooking a lake and forest, it is a relaxing place to hide away in.

Ruhe und Natur pur

Wir hatten ein separates Ferienhaus, das voll ausgestattet war gemietet. Das Resort liegt fern ab von Lärm mitten im Wald. Eine große überdachte Terrasse sorgte dafür, dass wir auch bei Regen draußen sein konnten. Zwei Liegen zum Sonnen im Freien waren auch vorhanden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten wunderbar entspannen. Die Spa Abteilung mit Innen und Aussenpool sowie mehreren Saunen ist top. Wir können insgesamt diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
