The flat is excellently located in buzzing Seven Dials district of Brighton city centre moments away from Brighton Station. The flat is on the ground floor of historic Lainson House that was renovated in 2015 from the Royal Alexandra's Children's Hospital into a sophisticated apartment block that effortlessly blends old and new.
The building features beautifully designed communal areas with marble floors and access to communal gardens and a rooftop terrace with sea view.
Located on the ground floor, this apartment is exceptionally well-presented and maintained throughout. The property features a spacious open plan lounge, dining room and statement kitchen, a good-sized double bedroom and a spaciious bathroom with shower over bath and a separate walk-in shower.
Brighton train station is 0.3 miles (7 min walk). Sea front is 0.7 miles (15 min walk) away. Excellent bus links. North Laine and The Lanes are within short walking distance (10-15 min).
The streets surrounding Seven Dials offer many independent shops, bars and restaurants. There is a lovely selection of local pubs including offering real ale and local art displays. I will provide recommendations.

There are also several green open spaces (i .e. St Ann’s Well Gardens and Dyke Road Park with its open-air theatre and rose gardens) a short walk away.
