We chose this location for the pool & hot tub, because kids. The hot tub was lukewarm at best. The room smelled of fryer grease requiring an open window, had opened food in the cupboard. Breakfast was uninspiring. Staff were friendly, easy check-in. I still need to call to find out what the additional $25 charge is for.

Publié le 20 févr. 2024 sur HotelsWe solely picked this hotel for the pool and hot tub. The pool was too cold, but my aunt for her physical therapy really wanted to use the hot tub. We had no other purpose for staying only for her to use the water. We almost went with Hampton but decided to stay here instead. We called the front desk they sent a guy down who could care less that the pool was cold or that the hot tub was Lukewarm like a bathtub, you couldn't stay in it long as you would get cold. My aunt is full of tumors and she was hoping to get some relief. it was very upsetting to her, when the guy told us the maint guy was off on sat but he'd be in on Sunday. That didn't help our stay. Also my aunt checked in first and had to scrub the couch as there was white stains that went across one entire coushin. She put towels down until it dried. The stains went away after she scrubbed it with water and soap.

Hot tub not working. Pool cold. Lost our reservation in system. Excellent room and breakfast.

It was good. The only 2 issues we had was the bed was on the hard side and the limited amount of tv channels.

Outside a bit tattered, sink in bathroom broken and glued back together. Kids were in our wing and running around outside in hallway.

The hotel is located near several shops and restaurants which made things super convenient. The suite had a great gally kitchen which made it easy to have lunch in rather than every meal at a restaurant . We were there during a snow storm that knocked the cable out for an evening which made it a bit tricky to stay entertained while indoors. Otherwise good experience and we will stay there again in the future when we visit family in the area
