No complaints at all. Superb hotel and lovely mini break. Stayed for 3 nights with my mother. Room was perfect with everything we needed. Very clean and the beds were really comfortable. Good to have air conditioning as we were having a heat wave. The best location so near to the beach and the lanes with all the lovely shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had everything you could want from a full English to fruit and cereals. It was such a pleasant stay that my mother has booked again! I’m so jealous I can’t return so soon because of work commitments.

Encountered an arrogant cook at the egg station during breakfast. The window at our room had been left opened and water from rain came in apparently; carpet was wet. Everything else was very good and our stay was otherwise enjoyable. Beautiful lobby site.

The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities expected. Hotel is quiet and staff are friendly. Breakfast is poor. There wasn’t enough staff on the cover the floor. Customers were clearing their own tables whilst the two girls stood around. The other lady who I assumed to be a manager wasn’t being very helpful with clearing tables. She was very good at delegating but not actually doing the job herself. The breakfast area was untidy when we arrived just after 9.30. For what you expect at a Leonardo the service at breakfast was poor. Even though it’s a buffet you need to know how many tables you have before saying to people just help yourself. We managed to find one, however we had to share it with another couple. Not what you want at breakfast. It left me feeling disappointed with the stay and ruined the good work of the check in team the day before.

Hotel is very nice and clean also in a convenient location to sites. Buffet is really good. Only concerned was the beds and pillows were very very hard.
