Feeling like in a prison cell

The stay was a total disappointment. Send a message one day before arrival to receive details and never got a reply. We had to find our way to a hidden reception at the building. The whole building is quite old and dirty. The apartment came without towels and the interior was extremely basic. Bathrooms were ok, but could have been in shape better. Beds were just horrible. I felt like sleeping on wood. Overall totally not worth the price... We event left one day early, because we didn't want to stay another night there.

very disappointed , bathroom water heater no function, got cockroach in side the kitchen and fridge, poor management service, kitchen tools old and rust.

Disappointed Stay

At first we booked premier apartment, but it turn out to be My Home Town apartment. Pros 1. Good wifi connection 2. Provide in house slipper which is good as the floor is really cold. 3. Responsive customer service 8am - 5pm Cons 1. Cockroach all around the kitchen 2. Bathroom mirror is dirty 3. Someone is having party and we get disturb from night till 6.30am 4. Sofa cushion have strong unpleasant hair cream smell 5. Steep slope walk to the night market, not suitable if you have elder or use wheelchair 6. The guy from their registration counter carpark 5P and inform us go to carpark at 3P. After he make sure we parked our car at the right parking lot, he told us to take the lift go to level 3. We are blur go up to 3rd floor and wondering which house do we stay.
