Room was excellent clean food in restaurant was also excellent staff were so helpful and fast there was not much to dislike my car was safe all it was very very good thank you

Well our water was unusable from the smell, it smelt like there was a rotting corpse in it, the cutlery was completely unusable because it was covered in old oil stains, the carpet is wet and it's making our feet black, I've seen about 50 cockroaches so far, the aircon spits ice at us while it's on, the aircon leaked constantly, we lost power on the last night of our stay so all the food in our fridge went off and we couldn’t charge anything for our long drive home the next day. To put this in the nicest way, staying in hell would be nicer than this place. All the money clearly goes into the pub and pokies without even a thought of the accommodation complaints.

Good Morning, I read your complaint and I just don't understand that if you were not happy with your room why did you not come and see me or the duty manager so we could have moved your group and gave you a total refund once you check-in. I have been here for 23 years and I understand we get complaint's but people come and see me so I can make other options to keep my guest happy. I did refund you partial refund and do my best. Next time you stay at other motel please complaint straight away so they can do something else for you like moving to other room or booking at other place for you. Cheers

Nice place for family to stay. Ample.place to park. Beds a little.sweaky if u turn n toss a lot.
