Very clean room, comfortable beds, big TV, everything as advertised. Surrounding area not that great in terms of reaching dining options on foot, but close if you have a car. Train tracks across the road could potentially be noisy but we weren’t bothered by them at all.

I had to cancel my reservation as My brother had got admitted to hospital. I emailed the property as I thought may be able to re -book the room. Requesting partial refund or change dates. The just gave me a one liner no refund policy. Pretty rude and abrasive. Will never book again. I noted they charged my account the day I booked. Also pretty rude. I was wondering if I still received my stamp as I was charged full amount. Very disappointed. Kind regards,Honey

The bloke that looked after us at check in was great. It’s budget accommodation located well for access to fly out of the airport. Bowls club across the road has great pub meals. You are on a main road so anticipate road noise. Overall good rating as no fuss budget accommodation.

This place is amazing

I booked an apartment for my two daughters in law who brought my grandbabies to Brisbane to visit me for a holiday. The lady on the phone went above and beyond and treated my family with kindness and a lovely welcome. Taking the time and effort to ensure we had the right type of accommodation and features we needed. Everything was perfect!
