I was looking for a quick overnight stay for work trip. This was close to where I was working and well within my budget. The property was clean the bathroom looked well cared for well cared for and the hot water worked well. The only small critique, and this is nitpicking, was there was some movement on the headboard that caused me to use extra pillows to stop it from moving. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. Even with my entire family not just myself.

DON"T BRING YOUR PET HERE! The pet fee is $75 per pet. That as much as the cost of the room! I had two dogs so no way I was paying that. Especially with Red Roof (pets free!) just down the road. The night clerk told me the charge had not come through and I would not be charged. But I was and they won't refund. He was a tall black male with glasses. Don't give these liars your business.

Bed was super comfy, hot shower with great pressure and room was easy to find. The gentleman at the front desk offered a handicap room for us because I was with my grandmother.

When I got there the service was good had to wait 30 mins while the person was outside, checked in went into the room the glass looks like it had hand prints on it,then almost stepped on a needle and then woke up to bed bugs and lost lot of sleep.

Extended stay quality at best

No breakfast provided. TV has 20 channels but only like 3 watchable. No coffee maker in the rooms. Carpet was stained & dirty. Sheets were stained. What they don't tell you is this is turning into an extended stay hotel. Alot of the guests are long term residents. Definitely would not stay here again!

The bed spread had stains. There was hole in the door frame on the inside of the room. There ere water stains and mold on the bathroom ceiling. Check-in staff was nice but property is not.

Bristol night race

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room was discusting. Curtains were torn so bad what was left of them was tied up. Handles broken off drawers. Towels had stains on them. Carpet in room was covered in stains as well.

I visited this hotel because I was attending the race at the Bristol motor Speedway. The hotel was conveniently located to the track, and the staff did a wonderful job welcoming race fans.
