Overall a good stay. Room had everything needed and was very clean. Staff were all very helpful. Missed 5 stars as double bed was 2 singles, lack of hand towels in bathroom and we didn’t find the bed/pillows comfortable however that’s personal preference. One of the cleaners also entered our room over an hour before check out.

Over £200 for a night, for a small room, with a pod bathroom, directly over a busy, noisy square with bars, fairground rides and partygoers going late into the night. Double glazing wasn't up to much so thankfully I had ear plugs! Was told car park would only be £10 but cost me £20. Bed was comfy, staff were helpful, but glad it was only one night!

for the price I paid for this room I was expecting a lot more. the bathroom was horrible and the TV was tiny. bed was comfortable and breakfast was okay but certainly wasn’t worth the price i paid. also had the same house keeper knock on the door and let herself in 3 times after being told no and we would be checking out at noon and to come back then!

Location & Clean. Parking is a nearby underground multistory charged seperatley. Good location for food, harbourside, old bristol walking. My double room was two singles pushed together however, bit dissapointing for comfort

The room was very clean but overly warm during the night. The bad mattress was comfortable but unfortunately not a double as ordered instead it was two singles pushed together so sleeping was somewhat precarious
