Private entrance. Loft entrance is in the rear of the property. We have a dedicated parking lot and loft entrance is up the back wooden steps.

Our loft is located on the 2nd floor. Only 26 steps up to the Live Like Local Loft!


During the warmer weather there are several live music events, so there is a potential for noise. However, there is a city ordinance that all music must end at 11 pm.


This building is over 100 years old and we have beautifully restored it. You will find lots of charm with a modern flair! We have preserved the original brick walls in the loft. We have very high cleaning standards, but you may find the naturally occurring brick dust occasionally. In the loft you will find exposed beams in the ceiling and lots of character throughout the loft.


We have several fitness centers located close by that offer daily rates.

Best place to stay with the best hosts. Messaged that we would be in later than expected and they made sure we didn’t show up to a dark loft. We were so impressed and so grateful from moment one of our arrival. Karen and Monica thought of everything. Every little detail, things you might have forgotten were available and the instructions provided and labeling of the light switches was brilliant! We cannot wait to return. Highly recommend 100/100 best stay ever. Thank you for making our time at loft 3 an incredible experience and a fun memory.

This was the cutest loft. The location was fantastic as you can walk to everything. It was clean, comfortable, decorated beautifully, and had everything you could ever need in the kitchen. Our host gave us a great deal of information to help with our stay, and there were snacks for us to enjoy. By far, one of the best stays we have had and we will definitely come back!

Beautiful loft. Host goes above and beyond. Only reason I rated a 4 instead of 5 was because the beds were so soft neither my husband or I slept well. Figure it’s personal preference but outside of that, OUTSTANDING!

This has the be the coolest spot in Bristol It was our second visit and we love this loft! As long as we're young enough to climb the stairs, we'll keep coming back. Karen is the best and offered some great suggestions for local restaurants and activities.

Home away from home!

I traveled back to Bristol to be with family for a few days.Staying at the loft in downtown Bristol, reliving all those memories, was magical!This place is beautiful, clean, and a perfect getaway. Even being in the heart of downtown, the loft was quiet, cozy, and had all the amenities…plus some!I highly recommend this stay for a couple, a person on business, or just a wonderful place to getaway for a few days!Thank you to Karen and her team for making my trip great!

Fantastic!!

I felt like home the second I walked in the door. The condo was well-equipped. Everything I needed and more was there! The host was an absolute gem - I felt like I had so many questions and she was always so quick to respond. There was a handwritten welcome note on the counter… extra toiletries for anything forgotten… even umbrellas in case of rain (which we did need!). Everything was just so well thought out. The location was amazing. Just a quick walk around the building and you’re right there on Main Street with so many shops, bars, restaurants and things to do. We walked everywhere and loved every minute of it! We can’t wait to stay again.Thank you!!

Boutique in Bristol

A vacation from a vacation. My wife and I had just spent two weeks with the kids and grandkids doing the tourist things in the area. Going to Pigeon Forge & Dollywood.Had plans to fish but the lake was so low you could walk out to the middle of it. So after two weeks of vacation time with the kids, I said you want to see what's up in Bristol TN. since we have never been to the area. And the only thing that raised a bell with me was Talladega & Daytona.So I did a Vrbo search into Bristol and saw outstanding loft photo. And I can tell you what you see is what you get. A Hilton or Sheraton Suite has new furniture. The Boutique Bristol, opens its arm's and gives you a Hug. And the locations is excellent, it was fun to stroll up and down State St. and I went went into the meddle of the road and took my own Bristol Sign Photo as sun-set, and yes I did have a lookout... 1 to 10 , it's a #10 - Enjoy.

Best rental ever!!

My childhood bestie (of over 50 yrs) & I met up half way to stay at this incredible loft. It far exceeded any expectations with of us had! Cleaner, more charming & cozy, and more fully stocked than any rental I’ve ever stayed in.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & the living like a local experience!We couldn’t recommend more highly! Home away from home but nicer :)

This rental had everything we wanted & more. The owners gave so much attention to detail that there wasn’t anything that I reached for that wasn’t there. The location couldn’t be better for a stay in downtown Bristol, allowing you to walk to tons of restaurants & small business shopping. An example of attention to detail: sound machine & earplugs for sleeping, a ceiling fan but also a box fan available for comfort. It possibly has the best stocked kitchen of any rental I’ve stayed in, the furniture is all in great shape & comfortable & the decor is very tastefully done, as well. We would, & already have, recommend this to anyone.

To our fellow travelers: Like us, you've stayed in every kind of lodging out there, and you've experienced a wide range of surprises and satisfaction levels. You've been delighted by the unexpected treats and luxury touches, and you've been disappointed by the unexpected bugs, dust or clutter. Entering the "Live Like a Local" lofts hosted by Karen and Monica in Bristol, expect plenty of the pleasant and have no dread of the disappointing. We stayed in Loft #3 for six nights, and I constantly marvelled at how clean it was and how much thoughtfulness went into the details of this charming, comfortable downtown getaway. From the coffee and tea supplies to the variety of snacks, from the ample supply of towels to the courtesy toiletries, from the warm, fluffy throws and comforters to the detailed TV streaming instructions, from the white noise machine and earplugs to the spacious closet, from the sunny outside deck to the private laundry facilities - you get the picture - these ladies have provided everything you need to truly settle into a relaxing time away. And the setting? Truly the heart of picturesque historical downtown Bristol, totally walkable to a variety of quaint, local shops, restaurants and breweries. Treat yourself and build some memories in this welcoming little haven.
