Newly refurbished five double bedroom four bathroom end of terraced house in Kingswood, offered fully furnished, with white goods included and available from NOW.

The property is located on Lodge Road, just a short walk from the plenty of amenities nearby on Lodge Road and fishponds including the shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and supermarkets. There are regular bus links nearby travelling in to the City Centre as well as being within ten minute to Eastgate Retail Park which is home to a Large Tesco's, Asda Living, fast food restaurants and an IKEA. The property is under ten minutes from UWE's Glenside Campus and is within close proximity to plenty of parks and greens including Kingswood Park, Barton Fields, Eastville Park and St Georges Park.


The property has been completely refurbished throughout to an excellent standard including a brand new kitchen, four brand new bathrooms each with a smart suite and tasteful tiling in place, new décor including a feature wall in each bedroom and new flooring and carpets throughout. The house has been finished with contemporary fixtures and fittings throughout, including the ceiling lights, bedside lamps, curtains and blinds and stylish furnishings.
The house is set over three floors and briefly comprises; a spacious open plan kitchen / living with modern fixtures and fittings, the kitchen area is offered with white goods and integrated appliances and has a breakfast bar with pendant lighting above and breakfast bar stools in place. The lounge area is furnished accordingly and benefits from having a wall mounted 50 inch television included, just off the lounge space is a conservatory which is set up for further dining space and an additional fridge freezer in place.
There are five double bedrooms spread across three floors, the first being on the ground floor and has an ensuite shower room the width of the room, two further bedrooms on the first floor which also each have an en-suite shower room and the top floor which is home to the last two bedrooms and a spacious family bathroom with a bath tub in place and shower above the bath. Good space for a group of women, everywhere was cleaned nicely. Helpful with check in process and communication. There are a lot of blue tac marks in the living room wall by the tv that just need to be painting over.

The accommodation was advertised as ‘Wow’, sadly it was not. The accommodation suited our needs for a family of ten adults and one baby. We liked the idea of everyone having their own bathroom and plenty of space to socialise. The bedrooms were advertised as recently upgraded This was not the case. Poorly decorated rooms with bodged work and badly maintained. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and fresh cotton linen. In our bedroom on the second floor There was an old ( brown aged) sign saying the shower couldn’t be used as it was leaking. This sign was so old it should have already been fixed. This meant we had to fit our showers around other people’s showers which took a while for us all to get ready for trips out. The window blinds in this room had holes in it and a moth trapped in the roller. The other bedroom on this floor had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. It smelt like sewage. This wasn’t too bad the first night and we thought it was a blip but the smell was so bad the second night the couple and 4 month old baby had to put towels at the base of the door to try and stop the smell and not use the bathroom The had to go down stairs to the toilet during the night. The smell got so bad the couple were so worried about the babies health they had to move down stairs to the living room to sleep. Very unsettling for the baby. Also, in this room the roller blind wouldn’t stay down I weighed it down with a pole I have more to say but no room
