The Space:
Coleslea by Tiny Away is located 17 kms North of the town of Leeton, making it about 47km to Narrandera. Leeton, home to the Fivebough and Tuckerbil Wetlands, is perfect for birdwatching, and the Murrumbidgee River is also easily accessible within the Leeton Shire, just 31 km from the tiny home.
What's more, the location is 155 km from Wagga Wagga Airport and 54 km from Griffith. It is also 24 km from Narrandera, with Wagga Wagga Airport being the closest major airport and Narrandera Airport as the most convenient option for vacationers coming to Coleslea, as there is no public transport, apart from a taxi service in Leeton.
This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home offers a secluded and private retreat with views of the Brobenah Hills and surrounding farmland. It features convenient amenities, including easy access to water, split-system air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that we are a working farm, and certain areas are shared with machinery and animals. We kindly ask that you be mindful of this during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and the surrounding bushland on our property. However, access to workshops and work areas is strictly prohibited (or is not allowed). We also ask that guests remain alert when using shared driveways. Shed and work areas are strictly off-limits to guests.

The Neighborhood:
Coleslea by Tiny Away sits in Leeton, just 24 minutes from Narrandera, a town known for its natural beauty, and only an hour and 20-minute drive to Wagga from Leeton and 1 hour and 40 minutes from the tiny home.
Coleslea is also conveniently located within easy driving distance to the vibrant towns of Griffith and Barellan, home to the iconic Yvonne Goolagong Big Tennis Racquet.
There’s plenty to see and do nearby. Nature lovers can visit the Fivebough and Tuckerbil Wetland, an excellent spot for birdwatching. For a closer look at local farming, Agricultural Tours Riverina takes visitors onto working farms in the district.
History fans might enjoy the Historic Hydro Motor Inn, which ties dining with the area’s farming past, or the Henry Lawson Cottage, a small museum dedicated to the famous Australian poet. The Leeton Museum and Art Gallery offers changing art exhibitions alongside displays of the town’s cultural and agricultural heritage.
If you’re after entertainment, the Roxy Theatre is a classic venue for movies, live shows, and cultural events. And for something special, the McCaughey Mansion is known for its stunning architecture and can be visited by appointment as part of its role as an Agricultural High School.

- No smoking inside the tiny home except in designated areas
- Please note that there may be occasional noise during harvest seasons
- As an added note, our property is home to livestock, dogs, and local wildlife.
- Guests are welcome to hand-feed the friendly pet deer and cows during their stay
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
Safety guidelines << PLEASE READ >>
- Cigarettes must be disposed of in the provided cigarette tray, as the area is considered a high fire risk.
- Our fire pit may only be used during non-fire seasons, like winter. The host will provide guidance on when it is safe to use.
- If you plan to bring children, ADULT SUPERVISION is strongly recommended due to the presence of moving machinery, open dams, and wildlife.
Important note:
- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
