This is a neat old hotel. The rooms are very nice with kitchen and living room with the bedroom private. The staff was very nice. Good breakfast. Easy parking on the street.

We reserved four nights at the Arrow. When we entered our “queen suite” we were immediately disappointed. The living room area was about 10x7 and only had a loveseat, one chair, and a tv on a coffee table. The kitchen was even smaller with full older appliances and mostly empty cabinets- there weren’t enough cooking pans to even attempt to make a meal. Down a very narrow hallway was the bedroom - maybe an 8x10 at the most- there was about 10 inches on each side of the queen bed to try to maneuver to get in the bed- the bathroom also very small - a bathtub with shower, toilet, sink/ no cabinet. We immediately noticed a meat smell as the space was above the downstairs kitchen of the restaurant. The blower for the kitchen was right below the window of the suite letting in all the grease and smells. The refrigerator top showed evidence as it was grease covered. I went down to the desk and asked to moved to no avail - the staff said since I booked with Expedia they could not do anything. I did an online chat with Expedia and was also told they could not do anything. Sooo we were stuck for 4 days in this small cracker box of a suite. I am still very upset that we paid a premium price for such poor accommodations

Loved my stay. The staff was excellent. Parking garage was great. The room was essentially a full one bedroom appt with full kitchen dining room living room and separate bedroom. Without question, the best place I've stayed in the region. Highly recommend!

Spacious for same price

Place is obviously converted apartments. Very roomy, and the kitchenette is so nice to have for the same price as surrounding hotels. Bed is comfortable. On site restaurant and bar/grill. We booked an extra night and would stay again!

I love the Arrow Hotel. I'd previously stayed in the original hotel and fell in love with the rooms. This time I stayed in the East hotel and it's just as thoughtful and beautiful, maintaining the elegance of the original. Very happy with awesome beds, refrigerator, Kuerigs, hot water, wifi. It's so nice to have the pub at the hotel, and breakfast is nice. The Arrow is a major reason I look forward to Broken Bow. It's a classic hotel of the highest regard and I encourage you to enjoy some nights there.

I wasn't expecting to find a place like the Arrow Hotel in a small town like Broken Bow, but man, was I impressed. This place has character—like, actual history and charm, not that fake old-timey stuff slapped together with barnwood wallpaper. The rooms were clean, quiet, and had a vintage style that felt more classy than kitschy. The bed was super comfortable, and everything worked like it was supposed to. Wi-Fi? Solid. Water pressure? Excellent. Sleep? Uninterrupted. The attached restaurant and bar were way better than I expected. The food was legit tasty (you gotta try the prime rib if it’s on special), and the atmosphere made it feel like a local favorite, not just a hotel afterthought. But the best part? The staff. Friendly without being fake, helpful without hovering, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they give a damn about the place and the people staying there. If you're passing through, visiting family, or just exploring the lesser-known parts of Nebraska, the Arrow Hotel is 100% worth the stop. It’s a perfect mix of old-school charm and modern comfort. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.
